      07/29/24 I have paid off three loans through Katapult. All before due. Over 1200 dollars of loans. It shows 1900 approved. I went to do a purchase was was denied. Yet I have paid off each loan early. They gave me no explanation and stated that they would look into it. I believe they were upset due to me paying over three of five loans early.

      On July 5th I attempted to buy a product from ******* threough a 3rd party, katapult. I was charged money as an initial payment and given a temporary card for the purchase. The card was denied. I immediately called katapult and was told it would be escalated and to give it 24 to 48 hours. I then recieved an email saying cancellataion was denied. I called and was told it would again be escalated and to await email. I then received an email asking for more information I called and was told again that it would be escalated. Then I received another email asking me to contact ******* and have them call katapult. As card was denied this is an unreasonable request and I told them as much. After putting a review on bbb board I received another email saying they wanted to discuss it and said they had called and left message which is a flat lie. I did respond to email giving phone number and time to call me but as of yet have not heard from them. They took my money gave me a bad card to purchase product and refuse to refund me me. In my mind this is fraud and should be addressed. The company is katapult ********************************* I do have all the emails and my repossess Id needed.

      I purchased several items from Best Buy using Katapult and returned the items to the store. The store issued a full refund to the Katapult one-time **** card on 5/28. To date, Katapult is reporting they have not received the money and I am still being charged for the lease. *** called numerous times about this issue, sent in a copy of the receipt, and it is still unresolved. There is no way that it takes 3-4 weeks for them to receive money from a **** transaction that typically posts in 3-4 business days. Im being charged for merchandise I dont have.

      First let me say I have been a customer since 2022 I had multiple different loans of which I have made all payments also paid in full three of them, my issues are recently I payed a loan off completely before I took out another one for tires, I was denied I called customer service and was told underwriting had denied me and could not give a reason but for me to try back in 30 days , I asked why I have always kept my account in good standing. I was told katApult does not do credit check, after talking to a supervisor she told there partners with a company that does do credit checks so which is it, I still have loans with this company and for the life of me it is sure going to be hard to make those payment's knowing that it will not help me at all. What happened to customer loyalty I was sure loyal to them.

      I emailed them for a 14 day grace ****** they lied and didnt honor that. Instead they charged my account 9 times and now I will be closing account bank account so nobody getting nothing. I Try to get in contact with customer service and they want you to send text. This is a greedy business and I cant wait until they are closed. If you lease a 100 dollar item you will have to pay $500 dollars by the time they are finished with you. Overall the worst business I have ever did business with. They may have first time customers but most are not going to return. Not a pillar for community or help just greed.

      I purchased some items from using Katapult and noticed as soon as I purchased the item it was cancelled due to the items being out of stock. the item was canceled litterally 2 minutes after I tried purchasing this item before it was even processed. Katapult is still charging me for the item because they say they havent received the money back from ******* even though I sent them the invoice that shows they cancelled the item and what the total amount was that was charged to the Katapult card. They continue to say that I have to pay for this item until they get the refund even though they can see the item was cancelled. This is shady business practices. I have forwarded all the emails to them but they still will not cancel my order. Why as a customer am I still paying for an item I never got. They should adjust my lease and then they can figure out on the backend how to get their money back they were actually never charged.

      Hello,I had placed an order (in Feb) through Katapult with the merchant ********************** in hopes of purchasing an item but has been a nightmare up until this day. When I finalized the order on the site, I only had received the lease confirmation but no order confirmation from the merchant. A couple days I went ahead and verified with Katapult that this order went through and when to expect an update from the merchant but I was told that this was an invalid lease and it had to be cancelled. So I give it a week to wait for an update just to find out that they were still charging me weekly for my payments and that they needed to verify with the merchant that the order did not exist to complete the cancellation. Another week goes by, I get an email from the Katapult specialist team stating that I, yes myself, needed to get in contact with the merchant to have them contact Katapult regarding my lease so they could cancel it in their end. So I did this in hopes it would expedite the process but little did I know how unprofessional ******************* Cameras (in **) are. I called and spoke to a gentleman to only give me rude attitude and that he couldnt do anything since there was no order number and that I didnt even exist in their system. Better yet, I asked him to get in contact with Katapult only to have him say my order didnt exist and he hung up on me as I was talking. I went ahead and contacted Katapult AGAIN for them to tell me that they cant do anything until the merchant reaches back. It has now been six weeks of me paying for this lease that apparently does not exist. This is extremely frustrating and now I believe Katapult and ******************* Cameras are fraud. I have gotten no help from anyone on both sides to just have me throw my money away. I was an active Katapult user but now I never want to use this service ever again. I also have had thoughts of bringing this isssue to court. Thanks for wasting my time and money Katapult. Fix this issue

      I canceled auto draft payments via phone *** in writing. They took 231 and then 250 on march ************************************************** money and setting up arrangement's worh creditors so my kids can eat I need this money returned at least the 250 that was takem few hours after the 231. I stopped allowing these. They were rude hateful over phone. Said can tale all my money. Help
