On their site or any request form does it state that you are required to speak to an insurance agent. Transparency is important in all businesses but especially in those requiring financial trust.Business response

Hello,
You may have confused the company FreeWill with another company called Free Will Kit. FreeWill is entirely free as nonprofits fund the company to make sure that estate planning is easy and available to everyone. FreeWill is an online service only that never charges for our services nor do we require someone to speak to an insurance agent in order to fill out and complete their estate plan.
The screenshots that have been provided as an example appear to be from another website called Free Will Kit, and not from ************. We have provided examples of the FreeWill website as well.

Hello ******,
You have confused the company FreeWill with another company called Free Will Kit. FreeWill is entirely free as nonprofits fund the company to make sure that estate planning is easy and available to everyone. FreeWill never charges for our services nor do we mail kits to our users as FreeWill only offers an online service to create estate planning documents such as a will, trust, advance healthcare directive, and durable financial power of attorney. If these documents are created using our tools, you are then able to print out your completed documents and get them notarized and witnesses by a local notary in your area. The screenshots that have been provided appear to be from another website called Free Will Kit, and not from freewill.com. We cannot address your issues as you have filed a complaint with FreeWill.com and not with Free Will Kit, a different company.
I have attached screenshots of the FreeWill website which looks very different from the images you provided from the other website Free Will Kit. As well as noted the incorrect information in your screenshots.

FreeWill is entirely free (were funded by nonprofits) to make sure that estate planning is easy and available to everyone. We never charge for our service or collect payment information, so we would not be able to provide a refund.
