      I made an order on July 7th and returned several items On July 12th. All items were unworn, undamaged, with tags on, and placed back in their original packaging, including the mailing envelope as a company recommended and within their return timeline. Today I received a confirmation that I was only getting refunded for one item and that the other item was damaged. I never tried on the item at all and returned it in pristine condition. The company is now calling me a liar and also told me that the item I returned has been discarded by them so that they could cover up the proof that it was returned in good condition...unbelievably unethical. I want my money back for this returned item.

      On 12/31/23 I purchased several items from Fredericks that totaled approx $100. When I received the items, I tried them on and they did not fit so I put them back in the packaging and sent them back for a refund. I was refunded $30 without any explanation. When I contacted customer service to inquire about my refund, I was advised that my items were "damaged". I explained that they were not in any way damaged and they said they would investigate and email me the next day. I did not hear back after 4 days so I called again and was told the items were "used" and would not be refunded and I would not receive the items either. So I gave them $60 and have nothing to show for it.

      They automatically add an additional shipping fee to your cart without consent. This seems predatory as I wasnt offered the option to add it when I was checking out.Additionally their employees are rude and dont offer assistance when their company commits an error. They also sent me incorrect items and attempted to charge yet another shipping fee so I could return them and advised me to size up, even though I purchased other items at the same sizing option without issue. This was rude and unacceptable.I am now stuck with merchandise thats the wrong size and paying shipping fees I didnt want. Please look into their business practices as they seem unfair.

      I ordered three bras from *********** Of Hollywood. Unfortunately all three were too small. So I requested an exchange. The company sent me return labels, but refused to exchange and/or return my payment. The company claimed that the bras were worn, but this is not the case. I couldn't fit them. I returned ******** I. The original packaging with labels attached. Even more disappointing is that the company has refused to return the product to me and suggested that I file a dispute with my bank.

      I purchased items from this company on August 17th, 2022. I got them delivered a few days later and did not even try on the 5 items I returned using their pre-paid label from fed ex. I sent them out via Fed ex on August 26, 2022. I have attached all supporting evidence. They received the items at their facility on 9/2/22 via fed ex. I have that attached as well. I contacted this company multiple times (they only replied to my first email with that I need to wait 10 to 14 days for my refund). It is going on 18 days now and no refund. This is not okay and I want my money back because you have these items!! The worst customer service ever. I have never had an issue getting a refund back from a company like this before. Please refund ASAP.

      I returned 2 items to Fredericks of Hollywood (Order **********). Both items were received on August 1 ****** tracking number: ************). The website states that returns take ***** days to process. It has been 3.5 weeks and I still have not received a refund. This is ridiculous and completely unacceptable. Please process my refund immediately I have waited long enough

      Placed an order online on 13th August with extra paid for 2 day shipping. Anticipated that even if they were to ship on Monday the 15th being the first working day after the weekend that the goods would arrive by the 17th as I was leaving the country to return home to ****** on the 18th morning. ********************** was the tracking number provided to me for ***** I received an email stating goods were going to be delivered on the 18th at 9pm on the 15th. I immediately contacted Fredericks to tell them that this will not work as I simply will not be available to accept the goods. I was told I can contact my bank for a refund. I emailed them again saying that this was not good enough as cross border transactions tend to drag on, I was again met by the same reply without any remorse. I today am in receipt of another email from Fredericks that says the goods have been delivered today, Aug 22nd. Not only is this not in the 2day shipping, but the **** tracking link clearly shows that the goods were shipping on priority mail and not 2 day shipping, so from the offset they have messed up. I would like a full refund and they are welcome to recall the package from wherever in the world or with whomever it may be.

      I had been a long time customer of this company and had placed many orders before. My recent and last order I placed with *********** of Hollywood was on 1/22/2022 in the amount of $168.30 for a total of 15 items. My order number was ******** with tracking reference **************. Refund policy promises for items were stated in emails and time frame for delivery in email was 4-6 business days. I received my order about 2 weeks later with horrible quality of pieces that were very cheaply made, smelled awful, and did not fit properly, and had strange shapes to them. Bras in this order were pointed and cone shaped, no padding or lining, not at all what I had ordered. Underwear was elongated and misshapen/uneven. I contacted the email provided in my confirmation email I received and received no answer. I made multiple attempts and had tried to find any means of contact. I also found that my orders were no longer in my account details. No attempts were made by the company to get me a refund for my items or return. I will not be placing any orders with this company ever again and I want a refund of my money wasted on these foul smelling, ill fitting, badly made pieces.

      I have been getting sale ads and solicitation from Fredericks for years. Normally I order from another company but thought Id try FOH out during a big sale. I ordered almost $200 worth of merchandise. Every item I received was too small or too big and made very poorly. Due to this, I wanted to return the entire order for a refund. When I could not figure out easily how to return the order, I contacted FOH. They then told me that most of my items could not be returned because they were on clearance.I was shocked because I order a lot online and am used to reading all the info on a product before purchasing. No where did I see ANYTHING about not being able to return items.Of the 12 items I purchased only 6 were able to be returned. So the rest I could not wear or use. As if this wasnt bad enough, I only received a credit for three inexpensive items. I called customer service and they said they would investigate this. I packed everything in one box with the invoice inside the box. I even checked the items on the invoice to make it easier for the worker. With no empathy or investigation they said there was nothing they could do. I want a refund for my entire order. This is the worst experience I have ever had.

      I bought $10 worth of items from Fredericks on 15 January 2022 solely because they offered prepaid returns at that time, so I knew I could return within 30 days if it did not fit. I returned the items within the 30 day windows, but when I clicked the return label print link, it no longer worked. I emailed customer service, who said that they changed their return policy and no longer offered labels. Thats fine for orders after that change, but Fredericks needs to honor their purchase agreements from orders placed before that change. That is the customer/business agreement. I instead had to return it myself via **** for 21.73$, which took over a month to process and constant emails on my end. I want my $21.73 refunded, as provided on the receipt I already emailed to them two months ago, since Fredericks did not provide the shipping label promised at the time of my purchase. I was so excited to try this company, but this experience has been an absolute NIGHTMARE. If they refuse to refund me and uphold their agreement to pay for shipping on returns, I intend to make it very clear to everyone I know that they are distrustful, unorganized, and wont hold up to their own agreements with customers.
