      Terrible company!! Ordered bras for my wife which were way too small, despite allegedly being the size that she has always worn. When I tried to exchange for a larger size, I was told that I would need to return the bras at my own expense, get no refund of the original shipping fee, pay a $9.95 restocking fee, and then order a larger size for which I would need to pay yet another shipping fee! Total scam!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!

      I have ordered full figure bras from FoH for years, recently placed an order for same size as previously. When it came, after showering & with no lotions or deodorant on I tried on the bra, the cup size was way to small. I compared to the old bras I had purchased from FoH & yes, the bra cup was smaller. I had to call & request a return label. I just talked with ********* states it is not refundable as it was stained & deemed damaged. WHAT?? They are committing fraud.       Do NOT order anything from this store! Since they're going out of business they use any excuse not to refund the money for the items you return and they have the worst customer service. Save yourself a headache and do not order from FOH! ! I see why Fredericks stores are discounted in all malls while ********'s Secrets took over. This level of service is the lowest I have ever experienced in online shopping. I used to love *********** of Hollywood years ago when most stores used to be at the Malls and I thought I was getting my old bras back and since they didnt fit I returned them and was waiting for the return to make the purchase but instead they blamed me for the bras smelling like smoke meanwhile I DO NOT SMOKE! just kept my refund and this is how they treat old customers. Way to go *********** I will NEVER shop from this store again and will make sure to spread the word to my family and friends on all social media platforms to save them from having to experience this nightmare. They need the funds since their going broke they take it out on the customers ! Almost 80 bucks down the drain smh!

      Ordered for my girl, I added my full address. Somehow they left out some numbers and my package never made it to me it went to someone else and thats after reviewing the cameras.

      I placed an order on July 1. On July 6, it was $20 less. I have not received the item. I called, and they told me they don't offer monetary restitution. I could order another one at the new price (and then I'd have 2 of them plus incur an additional $9.95 for shipping.) What a scam! Terrible customer service. I will NEVER buy from this company again.

      I placed an order on 5/7/2022 and paid extra 2 day shipping. I expected an order placed on a Saturday with 2 day shipping would likely arrive the following Wednesday (5/11/2022). However, when I received my tracking information, the estimated delivery showed Saturday 5/14/2022, well beyond a reasonable 2 day shipping time.I called customer service and was hung up before speaking to a rep the first time. The second time, the rep was just as confused as me about my delivery estimate, and placed me on a hold to review the case. The second rep hung up on me when they came back on the line. The third time I called, I was told that all they could do was refund my shipping cost. They also said I could speak to a manager, which I agreed to.The manager said "2 day shipping" is actually 2-3 days. I asked if this was on the website, because I didn't remember seeing that. The manager acknowledged that it was not stated on the website that 2 days shipping is actually a 2-3 day option. I asked the manager why my shipping would say it will take until Saturday, 6 days from the time of shipping, to receive my order when I paid for 2 day shipping, even if the "2 day shipping" option is 2-3 days. They stated they use **** Priority, and that according to ****.com, that Priority will deliver from CA to the other side of the ** in 3 days. I told the manager that **** Priority has NEVER delivered anything that quickly across the **, despite what their website claims. The manager stated that **** is the method they choose and that even if they were to try to get my items to me quicker, there is no guarantee they can get me my order by the original shipping time. I expressed my confusion on why a large company would choose this method when other more reliable shipping companies are readily available.The company lied to me (and other customers) about shipping times, refused to honor their shipping estimates, and refused to even attempt to get my order to me by the original estimate.

      During the holidays in late 2021 I placed an order for several bras. Some of the bras didn't fit. Trying to acquire permission and instructions for a return takes several weeks. In January 2022 I was finally able to return the bras for a refund. BUT, never received the refund. The company decided it was okay to delete all their customer information in February. There is now absolutely no trace to my orders. They have now no way to trace anything older than February. The company did this without warning the customers! Just BOOF gone. All information so that we can get our money back is gone. Just like that they don't have to issue anyone's refund. Nothing but THIEF'S!

      purchased a $25 gift certificate. tried to use it a month later and it didn't work. the error said it was either used or expired. contacted customer service through a very complicated second party website. I get an email automated saying that someone will contact me but they never do. I've emailed their contact for customer service at least 10 times over 3 months about this gift certificate and they have never answered me. purchased over $3,000 of clothing and items from them over the last 20 years. never again. they lost me over a $25 gift certificate forever.

      So ready to contact a lawyer about a class action. This place is a scam. Order never sent but told, in response to every email to them, to dispute the charge with my bank. As of banks just give back money you're scammed out of to make your life easier. Complete fraud!
