For the fourth time, I have purchased a livestream for a concert from Fans Live - and once again I did not receive the livestream. This purchase was for *************************** feat. ******************************************* of Wilco aka PHILCO on Friday August 26. The livestream had no audio, then disappeared entirely then would intermittently appear but very pixelated and unwatchable. Other consumers on ******** and ******* also complained about the same problem. Fans Live did not respond to my emails about this problem - or the many social media posts complaining about this. They eventually just deleted the ******** post in which fans were complaining about being ripped off.Initial Complaint

On 9/11/2021 I bought a 2 night live stream package from FANS Live for the ***** Strings Renewal concerts which took place on 9/24 and 9/25. I paid by credit card but did not receive an email confirmation nor any link to access the stream. The payment of $37.94 was taken from my account by FANS Live and I have confirmed that this money was paid to them. I have attempted to contact the company several times by email using their listed contact to request a refund but have had no response at all. There does not seem to be any other way to contact them, I have tried posting on their social media but to no effect.
