            I hired this company to move me and my wife from ***** to *******. They requested I pay a $900 deposit in March. Two weeks later I canceled and requested my deposit back. First time I called I was told they have to wait for the actual movers to send my money back to them. I called a second time and was told that they would have to send me a check. I was fine with that. The next time I called they asked for the delivery address, so I gave it to them. They told me the check got sent to the wrong address. This is now July and it seems like one excuse after another. I just want my $900 refund back.

            DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - I would choose zero stars if I could. Signed an agreement and paid a deposit with their representative, ***** Heart, on 5/15 for the furniture to be picked up on 6/14. Day before the furniture was to be picked up, they requested an additional $400 deposit, site unseen. Since we were in a bind and moving cross country, we had to choice but to pay. We did not get our furniture until 8/21. The company they hired, put our furniture in storage for 2 months and refused to deliver it for the contract price. We were then given misleading information mulitple times. We were told that due to the small size, no one would move it for the price quoted. ***** refused to support the contract that we signed. Finally we were to receive our furniture, the remaining balance was given, only for ***** to contract the driver the night before and increase the price by $1,000. The ethics of the company is non-existent and ***** even changed phone numbers in the middle of all of this. He refused phone calls, would not reply to tasks and we were left hanging for two months.

            Hello,We are sorry that you experienced this with us as this was not the experience that we wanted. You signed a contract that mentioned you were agreeing to an estimate and when we told you your costs had increased due to the added volume you refused to pay. We made an effort to haul the load at the same rate however considering that your move was going to ******* we had difficulties doing so. Furthermore, we did not haul this load, it was subcontracted due to your budget concerns and we then hired another company to pick up your items which they did. As a courtesy, we are offering you a 350$n credit on the card that we have on file.Please accept this response so that we can move proceed with the refund.
