            Hello,My order#**********,I bought a suitcase worth $1625 on rimowa's official website on June 10th,I bought it online ,I contacted the merchant to request a return because the item was not what I wanted, and I returned the item using the return label provided by the merchant,Then found out that my return was damaged in transit and didn't have any further updates, so I contacted the customer service representative of the merchant and they said they would help me with this and they needed to contact *** to investigate the matter, but after 3 weeks I still haven't receive any response,So I contacted the customer service number again, but their reply was the same as before, and they told me to wait, which made me feel very disappointed and helpless,I think they are perfunctory, because this problem has been going on for a long time, so I hope to use the bbb platform to speed up the process of this case, I hope to resolve this matter amicably with the merchant, and I hope to get my refund as soon as possible, Thanks!

            I spent over $800 on a trunk luggage from this company and after not even 2 years of owning it, a part on it popped off during a trip, causing two large metal screws to be exposed. The screws horribly punctured my leg leaving a 4 inch scar that until this day is still very visible and has not healed. I emailed Rimowa's customer service team immediately, including pictures, my original receipt and a detailed description of the accident. Rimowa made me wait for months for a response from their ******************* Manager, *********************************, who offered zero help and not even a proper apology for this unnecessary ordeal. Don't buy a Rimowa! Their customer service is a joke, the products are poorly made, and they are completely overpriced compared to other luggage options on the market.
