Business ProfileforCrowdtap

I've had my Crowdtap account since August 2023 with no issues except for technical difficulties due to an update to the app. On July 3, 2024 I participated in a live survey about shopping. The live survey was completed and I was advised that I would receive my ***** points in 3-5 days.On July 9th, early in the morning, I completed about 9 surveys. Later that afternoon (approx. 3pm) I opened my Crowdtap app to see what surveys were available.Shortly after signing in I was abruptly logged out of the Crowdtap app. I received a message that said that my account was deactivated and that I needed to reach out to customer support. I reached out to customer support and was told by **********************'s chatbot that my account was deactivated due to suspicious activity and something about the quality of my answers. I was then provided the option to appeal the deactivation. I did so. I then received a response about 5 minutes later from Crowdtap that stated that they were unable to reinstate my account. ********************** has NEVER had any problems with the quality of my answers or activity on my account UNTIL they owed me **************************************************************************** for completing the live survey!
