    BBB files indicate a Pattern of Complaints concerning the company's marketing practices and fulfillment of services. Consumers are telling BBB about their experiences after participating in a survey/contest offered by Reward Zone USA LLC. A number of consumers allege that they were promised a prize if they completed the surveys/incentives the company provides. Many of these consumers allegedly followed the instructions that Rewards Zone USA LLC gave but are still unable to claim the reward.

    As of March 2023, consumers continue to report persistent problems with the incentive surveys they have allegedly taken for the company. Consumers cite issues with ID verifications, account lockouts/suspensions, and reward denials without explanation as the most common concerns. Some consumers claim they are told that their accounts were suspended due to an attempt to defraud the program, and most of these consumers say they cannot get an explanation from the company on how they violated the terms of service or why they have been banned from the platform. Nearly all consumers reportedly encounter inadequate customer support when trying to resolve concerns they have.

      We have reviewed the customers account and see that the customer has not completed the required number of deals to qualify for a reward. Our records indicate that the customer still needed to complete three *********************, and five Level 5 Deals.


      As stated within our Terms and Conditions at each Level, a customer can choose to continue to complete Deals and "Level Up" or claim a Reward and exit the Level Up program. Customers can complete Deals and claim Rewards at values of $5, $100, $250, $500, $750, and $1000. A $1000 Reward requires the customer to complete one *******, one ********************** and five Level 4 Deals, and fifteen Level 5 Deals. To earn the applicable Reward, you must complete the required number of Deals in the required levels within sixty (60) days of completing the first Deal, unless a Deal that you elected to complete requires longer than sixty (60) days to earn credit.

      If there are deals that they have completed that have been miscredited, the customer can reply to us via email with a list of Deals that were not credited. It looks like the customer attempted to submit screenshots to us of deals that were not credited, however, the screenshots did not capture the requirements needed to validate the Deals. Our support team explained what was needed within the screenshots, however, it appears that the screenshots were not re-submitted.


      Our team will reach out to the customer at the email address they have provided to clarify our program requirements and explain the types of screenshots that are acceptable for credits.

      I have completed everything in the complete order have sent over to them the deals I completed and told them I did that exactly how the site tells us too. I cant help they credit different on their end. None of the offers even stay on the same page they are on ALL pages. And you can go and you can go verify this. Ive also sent in the list they asked stating which one were supposed to credit where. Ive also asked them for help and they wont even help me get this figured out correctly. Ive sent them an email a week ago still no response.

      Customer satisfaction is important to us. Although the deals expired on April 13, 2022 as a one-time courtesy we offered to give them an expiry extension of 7 days so that we could work with this customer to gather the required documentation. We have reached out to the customer by email on multiple occasions to resolve this complaint the most recent email outreach was on May 19, 2022. On May 18, 2022, a team member reached out to the customer by phone to attempt to explain the screenshots that were needed to be accepted for proof of deal credit. There has been no communication from this customer since and the customer did not provide the requested documentation.


      At this time the Deals have expired and to qualify for a Reward the customer can complete new deals if they wish.

      I first came across reward zone when a friend told me that he did some tasks and was rewarded 1,000$ to his Cash-app. Although i did not believe him, after he showed me the money, i was drawn to at least try to do the 10 tasks as well. A few days after starting the rewards, I was fully finished with them and had spent over 150$ at this point, I called reward zone to send them the screenshots of the rewards (this is what they told me to do on the phone). After sending the screenshots to there email, i called them back and the line wasn't even ringing. I have called them exactly 23 times to this date and not a single answer, not a single persons voice has been heard. I don't understand if they were just scamming me until the last second, after i had spent all my money. Until this point i have been charged almost 350$ from the deals that they were offering so I am writing today because I want a resolution for this foolishness by this company. I hope they do respond to this inquiry and do give me the 1000$ that they promised on the phone all those times.

We have reviewed the customers Deal completion history and see that they have interacted with one deal, Coinmaster, on 04/22/2022 and it has been determined that the customer did not fully complete this deal as they canceled shortly after registering. Please be advised, some of our advertisers will not give credit if a customer cancels shortly after sign up - a so-called quick cancel. A customer will not be credited with completing a deal unless the advertiser confirms the completion. Our advertising partners will contact us when a customer has successfully completed one of their Deals. In this case, the Deal was not successfully completed. 
      To clarify how our program operates, to earn a Reward, a customer must complete the number of Deals at each level that corresponds to the Reward value of their choosing. We offer deals on Levels 1-5, with corresponding rewards going up in value based on completed deals. Please note, a customer must reach level 2 prior to qualifying for a reward of any kind. Rewards range in value based on level reached; the higher the level the higher the reward.
      As stated within their complaint, we sincerely apologize for the issue they have encountered with receiving deal credit. We will offer this customer to submit proof of deal completion for Coin Master.

      I signed up to receive a ******** switch, not really putting much credibility into it, and was shocked to see I had gotten an order number at the end of the form submission. I haven't received it yet and it has been at least 3 weeks. I came on here to see if the company was actually a scam, but to my surprise it is not, seems like the company is legit. So I need some answers.

      I have completed all 15 deals needed in level 5. But because most of the deals take days to credit or dont credit at all they were credited to the wrong level. I completed ******* in level 5 also Robokiller and also Rent to own. Robikileer I completed a while before in level 5 but rent to own and ******* were the last two I completed on level 5 so that I would have the full 15. I tried explaining this but they keep trying to tell me I did them on level 4. They should have a better system because thats not right that they are trying to make complete three extra deals when it was already hard enough completing all the rest. I had friend who completed his and had the same problem so this is not the first time it has happened. And order to show proof I would have had to take a screenshot at the time of deals which I didnt. I only have the screen shots of the deal confirmation page.

      We have thoroughly reviewed this customers account and see that they are completing deals toward the $1000 Best Buy Gift Card Reward. To clarify, to earn a Reward through our program, customers must complete the number of Deals at each level that corresponds to the Reward value of their choosing. We offer deals on Levels 1-5, with corresponding rewards going up in value based on completed deals. To earn a reward of $1,000 value, the customer must complete a total of 25 deals. We see this customer currently has 22 deals credited to their account.

      As stated within their complaint, we sincerely apologize for the issue they have encountered with receiving deal credit. We will offer this customer to submit proof of deal completion for ****** +, RoboKiller, and TrapCall through our encrypted file submission service, SendSafely. Once proof of deal completion is received for these deals, we will manually credit them as Level 5 deals.

      A member of our customer service team will reach out to this customer via email to clarify the next steps on how to submit their proof of completed deals.

      I started this process and was sent to this by my daughter who successfully completed the deal. However my experience has been nothing but awful. I completed over 30 deals inside of the requirements but they kept refusing to credit them. Finally they credited them after a month and over 100 dollars. So we started the claim process which they did not approve. I took the actual pictures in real time and they were not approved. My daughter then tried to help and uploaded pictures but they weren't approved. I spoke to 4 different people all who promised to help me and then I was threatened that they would disqualify my claim in 24 hours if they didn't receive the ID. I attempted to do it with a rep on the line, Elisse. Who then said not to worry they will escalate. Then I receive an email saying your claim has been disqualified because of the failed attempts at verification, the email history and time zone. My daughter who received her payout is grown and doesn't live with me. She is across the states, and tried to help me because they were giving me the runaround and now they state disqualification and that decision is final. So I'm out of all of my time spent on this. I'm out of the money I spent on this and they refuse to help. They obviously prey on people and get them to spend money with their partners and it's a crapshoot if you get payout or not. If I had the money to take them to court I would. They are liars and manipulators.

The reason is I must sign up with my home address which I did and even on the deals I have paid for sponsored deals and even sign up for deals which I didn't have to pay but yet I can't get my deals credit so I can claim my reward

      Signed up for Reward Zone on 3/2/2022. After completing the first 'level' from deals, I proceeded on to the next. However, as I started completing deals, they were not being credited. All deals were completed through direct links from Reward *************. Furthermore, after reloading the page, my progress was removed, and I went back to level 1, AFTER paying for subscriptions and completing deals on the later levels. THEY ARE SCAMMING. No other explanation as to why my account deals suddenly go away after reloading the page. I want my $100 (because I have completed the deals agreed upon). I have attached the screenshots of the deals I completed for level 3, which went away after reloading the page.

      We have thoroughly reviewed the customer's account. On 03/02/2022, they notified our team that some of the deals they completed within our program were not crediting within their account. Within 5 hours, our team responded letting the customer know that some deals may take up to **************************************** addition to this, we asked to customer to submit screenshots of the completed deals as proof of completion. The customer did not reply with any proof or specifics around which deals they were not seeing.
      Our team has been able to contact the customer via phone call on the afternoon of 03/04/2022, confirming for them that they currently do qualify for the $100 Reward that they are seeking. We will continue to process this customer and will provide them with the *************************** if they are able to successfully pass our verification process.

      We have reviewed the customers account we also see another user claimed and received a Tier 2 **************************** at the same address on October 14, 2021. As per our Terms and Conditions; Rewards are limited to one Reward of any kind per person and household (persons living at the same residential address) per eligibility period. You and the members of your household must wait twelve (12) months after completing all of the Deals required for a Tier 1 Reward before becoming eligible for another Reward of any kind, and you must wait twenty-four (24) months after completing all of the Deals required for a Tier 2 Reward before becoming eligible for another Reward of any kind.

      This customer will be eligible to return to our website and work toward another reward beginning October 14, 2023.

      We have thoroughly reviewed the customers account and we maintain our decision to disqualify their claim as outlined in our previous message. The address was recently used in October and was verified through Knowledge-Based Authentication questions and a government-issued ID.


      As clearly and conspicuously stated in our Terms and Conditions, you and the members of your household must wait twenty-four (24) months after completing all the Deals required for a Tier 2 Reward before becoming eligible for another Reward of any kind. Additionally, if you receive a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Reward, the person you live with and the other members of your household will be ineligible for any Rewards for one or two years, respectively.

      This is with Reward Zone USA. In January I signed up to do the 20 offers for $750. Only 11 of them actually credited even though I did 20 of them. I waited two weeks and still they didn’t credit so I sent an email to customer support about it. They told me to wait 48 more hours. I did that. In fact I waited a couple of more weeks to give them time to credit and still nothing happened. So I sent another email. They wanted me to wait again and I said no. I completed 20 deals and I need for them to uphold their end of what they advertise. I sent all of the proof that these were actual deals that I paid for and kept well past the trial period. Now they are trying not to give me what is owed by saying that I can’t get anything for completing just the surveys. They are to skip out on paying me my $750 I am owed. I did all paid offers and got emailed proof and as well as going into my accounts on these offers and doing screenshots. That’s another thing, not all of their offers send welcome emails as proof so you have to do a screen shot of the account section when you log in to some of them to show proof that you completed the deal. If someone could help me with this so I can just do the verification process and get my money without issues I would appreciate it. Thank you so much.
