Absolute scam of a company!!!!!!!!! First they wouldnt award me the credits I earned fair and square (WITH PROOF!) they said I was using a vpn/proxy thing????? I dont know what that even means so their software to detect stuff obviously doesnt work that well if its giving false information. And then when I finally earned $100 I went to submit my claim and be done with them but I never received an email. They claim they contacted me twice but nope that never happened. And now that my claim period (30 days) is over I just lose out on my $100 I freaking earned. Im so absolutely over this scam filled company. Enjoy my free $100 a**holes!!!!!Review from Joshua E

It's important to follow the rules as outlined in our Terms and Conditions. If you do that, there are not any issues. Disqualification arises from violating the Terms and Conditions. You can't claim rewards outside of the eligibility period, or take steps to circumvent the rules.Review from Josephine W

I have been playing this games for months now. This is my first time this have ever happened to me. I have two phones and I only used one to play the games on to get the deals on. I told them I was using a different number. But never could put my number in when I was cashing out. It kept putting my old number in. I been using the same email address. My mom started trying to play the games but she passed away. I have never defraud anyone. I been playing this game for years now. I cash out because every other game I played wasnt giving me credit for it. I did all the step for verification. And I get a email saying that I have defraud and I wont be able to get the $250.00. Thats not fair cause I paid money on certain games. I stop using my WiFi at home to play the games. And the only time I was a different location is when I was at work. Thats the only time. I turn everything off my phone like they told me to get the credit. Its not fair cause I work hard on playing the games and not to mention I didnt get credit for most of the game I did play. Everyday it was something different all the time. I send my driving license and I did the little selfie they asked for. This is just unfair cause I use one phone and played the games off of. Every credit I got was for myself and I play all the games myself. I used my own money on the games. I have never had this problem before.Reward Zone USA, LLC Response

Hello, 4th time (in four years) user here, idk where to leave my name or email, but I am frwrd666 at Gmail dot com - the past three years, I've completed, and received payment for three rewards. $750 the first years, and $1000 both the next two years. Just this last May 31st, I had, iirc, opted for the $750 reward, as I had already spent around $130 on finishing your offers, since I no longer was eligible for many of the easier/cheaper ones (due to not being a new customer. However, I legitimately and correctly finished (and was credited for) 23 offers, of the correct pages, and qualified for the $750 reward. I accepted it, and went to the verification steps. I was then told I passed verification and that my prize would be received by email in just a couple days. Instead, I received a denial, and after 9 emails back and forth, a reason...briefly: "You cannot attempt to disrupt or otherwise alter the normal operations of our Rewards program,...You cannot impersonate anyone..You must provide accurate details as to your identity and location.....You cannot attempt to defraud us with multiple emails addresses ...You cannot create accounts on behalf of others....You cannot use a link to a Website for someone rlse.....You cannot complete Deals on more than one computer"The ONLY of those things I can relate to AT ALL, Is the use of a couple diff email accounts with the company. However, this is strictly due to losing the password to previous emails. It was four years, after all, I've been through a few emails accounts.I was screwed out of $750 from the company, on top of the $130 or so that I had put into the offers, and this is not to mention ALL the time I've wasted on this last attempt. I've said nothing but praises of you guys to many people in the past, defended you on ******* videos even, and am disgusted by how you have treated me now. I have not cheated, nor done any of the other items in your laundry list of accusations. Truly despicable.Reward Zone USA, LLC Response

You guys need to READ the instructions. The site is *****, it does payout and the more you try to beat the system, the more likely you are to be completely cut off. If your not eligible, then WAIT until you are, Get a Job in the meantime. *** ACCOMPLISHED 4 Payouts with them, 2 of them were $750. And the most I spent was like $30-$40. Remember the first day or your first completed deal starts the clock. Your have 60 days from that date or else the deals drop off when 60 day pass. Some don't verify instantly, but use the same email addresses, be a new sign up if it requires you to be. Yes you might have to Spend time and money but its literally up to $1000. Have patience, don't be an ***, and don't try to redeem when you know your not eligible. AND ALWAYS SCREEN SHOT YOUR DEAL COMPLETIONS FOR PROOF.Reward Zone USA, LLC Response

This is the third time Ive used this company. The first time, I had no problem. The second time, I was not credited because I was mere days of the six month waiting period to be eligible again to work deals. It sucked, but they were right in the end and I succeeded accordingly. This time, I made sure that I more than exceeded the wait period and began to work deals/offers again. Levels one and two were completed and credited without issue. I began completing Level 3 deals/offers, and I at first began to see problems seeing my tasks being recognized under the in progress tab. I didnt get credited for my first deal, but after submitting a help ticket, they did award me a courtesy deal credit for that one. When I completed the second and third deal for Level 3, I was not initially credited for those either. I then again submitted a help ticket. This time they responded saying that they were denying my credits because they couldnt proofed that I had started and completed them from their website, even though I sent in a ton of screenshots and confirmation emails proving that I did. Even dated from the apps and a screenshot of where I had made a purchase for the task from my bank account. I am disabled, and I will honestly say that yes, I do work from other GPT websites simultaneously. It is common knowledge that all of these companies usually have the same deals and offers available. I have used KashKick, Fast Rewards Swagbucks, Pogo and Fetch just to name a few. As I mentioned, I am disabled and therefore can afford the time to work these deals. I mostly use the small rewards to help pay for medical needs that I have in the month that are not covered by my disability insurance. I am and always have been an honest person. I have never cheated or fraudulently deceived anyone. So Rewards Zone not only cheated me out of the credit I fairly earned, but they also have prevented me from completing them honestly from another website. Because I am not a cheater.Reward Zone USA, LLC Response

Hello *****,
We take all participant concerns seriously and are committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly. We understand that you have faced challenges with the credits for your Level 3 deals and have provided screenshots of your participation and completion of these offers.
Requesting courtesy deal credit does not guarantee that it will be granted. We've extended this courtesy to you on more than one occasion over the past year or so. Our rewards program is based on the premise of helping our advertising partners acquire new customers and expand their user base. We offer participants the opportunity to discover new games, trials, apps, subscriptions and more. In turn, we pass some of the compensation we receive back to the participant in the form of a reward. For courtesy deal credits, we are not compensated at all. A key premise is that you are a new user/install. If you have previously installed on your device, or had an account you are not a new customer and therefore, you are not entitled to deal credit.
After a thorough review of your case, we regret that we could not approve the courtesy deal credit at this time due to our verification process not confirming the completion of the deals as required as a new eligible install. We recognize the considerable efforts you have made and the numerous screenshots and confirmation emails you have provided.
You mention participating in multiple other similar programs and we also found that you have 5 different accounts within our very own program over the past couple of years. Several of them have been fulfilled for a reward. To be transparent, if you are participating in multiple programs with overlapping offers you are likely to run into such issues.
Our terms and conditions outline specific requirements for deal credit eligibility, such as being a new customer, using the same email registered with our program, accessing offers through our links, and ensuring all app tracking settings are correctly enabled. Upon review, we noted multiple accounts under your name, some of which had already received deal credits. Additionally, some of your screenshots contained email addresses that did not match your registered email address. These discrepancies, combined with our inability to verify your deal completions in our system, led to our conclusion regarding your ineligibility for courtesy deal credits at this time.
We wish you the best and hope that you are able to find a rewards program that better suits your situation.Review from Jocelynne L

I finished my deals for a $750 Sephora gift card and it keeps saying "finish deal". I've been working on it for an entire week and it won't acknowledge the deal was completed even though I have met the required parameters.Reward Zone USA, LLC Response

To qualify for a $750 Reward, twenty completed Deals is required and our team would need to take a look at your account to review the specifics and determine the next steps.

I went through all the deals to get the $100 virtual gift card but I was told that they ran into a non compliance problem but will not explain what that mean or what caused this problem. I had plans with that gift card and I don't even know why there was any issues when I followed all the rules respectfully and accurately! I NEED ANSWERS!!!Reward Zone USA, LLC Response

It sounds like there might have been some confusion with the message you received regarding the compliance issue. We could not locate any communication indicating that you would not be fulfilled the Reward. You'll see that the message indicated that the Reward would be fulfilled and it was. As a friendly notice, our team send a message to let you know that there were compliance issues noted. First and foremost, you must register with accurate information, you registered with a different name. Secondly it appeared that your connection is associated with recent abuse. If you have specific questions about our Terms and Conditions please get in touch with our team using the Member Support form on our website. We hope you enjoy the reward.Review from Charnelle B

I went to try Id verification but it insanely kept denying my verification saying it was too dark and undefined. I was under bright lights. Made several attempts and still have me the same error message. I finally cave in to $100 when I was trying to get $250. They kept saying I was under VPN, I had a different IP address and etc which wasn't true. I will like customer service rep to get me for my compensationReward Zone USA, LLC Response

Why do these types of companies not get some kind of penalty for the scams they run? They are here simply to collect data and not actually give anyone any money. I was ***** as most would be so I completed 2 deals, both under $1, and 1 game which took about an hour, to reach the first prize of $5. I'm grateful that's all I did because just like everyone else i got a generic email stating I had violated the terms and conditions without any explanation as to which term I violated. I will be sending all of the information I have gathered to each and every company on their website since they can't seem to even honor a small prize, much less a large one.I completed the tasks completely and correctly. I do not have multiple account and have not problem verifying my identity. No one else has used my devices, address, name, phone number or WiFi to do any of these tasks before me so I absolutely didn't violate the rules.ID # *******Reward Zone USA, LLC Response
