      Used them for a year. Never received a medication on time. Every time I called the assured it would be fixed, the next week my medication would still not have arrived. They clearly dont care about their patients health.

      They took my order for Voquenza and 5 days ago and still not recieved it. I could have got it at local ****** for $30 in 24 hours. They also tried to price gaouge me on Carafate to the tune of $1664 when I was able to go to same ****** and got it for $30. Terrible service and a rip off!

      this company is absolutely terrible. Their website is unprofessional. They show that your prescription was accepted and would be shipped but didn't say when. You wait weeks and hear nothing. You contact them via chat and they give you the run around and say we will update you shortly. They never let you know anything. They sent one email in 2 weeks saying my order was delayed but gave no reason why. I wrote them via email and chat and told them they are being unprofessional, they need to let their customers know what is going on with their meds. They wrote back saying my scripts was "escalated" which usually means good luck getting anything to happen. They said give them 3 to 5 business days and someone will contact me. I told them i will believe it when i see it. I said we need to know if we should look elsewhere to get our scripts filled, why won't you let your customers know something? {I have all the transcripts printed out}. today is the 5th business day {after almost 2 months of them blowing us off. I went to the site to check status of script and it says canceled with no reasons why!!! jerk move! Shady company. And i am locked out of their chat. No reasons why all of a sudden my scripts isn't coming. I am almost out!!! I give this company Blink Rx less than 1 star!!! I am a nice person, it takes a lot for me to get this angry. They are a scam!

      Blink deceitfully charged my credit card and set me up on an auto fill for my 13 year old daughters medication. We did not put this medicine on auto refill nor did we authorize the refill. The website specifically states to call in when a refill is needed. We did not call! When I called to tell them and cancel this prescription because they already charged my card, they said the order has been processed and there is nothing they can do. The only thing they can do is notify my pharmacy of the adverse reaction my daughter had, and take the prescription of auto refill going forward. THIS COMPANY CONDUCTS DECEITFUL BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!

      I am not impressed. My first prescription was shipped right away. However, they don't fill the full prescription. I was to take 10 mg of a medication twice a day. This would be 60 pills for one month. I received a two-week supply. Then, they sent another two week supply. I haven't received it. It shows stuck in ***********, **. They will not overnight another prescription. They take days to investigate what occurred without ensuring I get my medication on time. They provide no resolution. I was told I could get my medication at one of their partnering pharmacies with my BlinkRX card. No card was sent to me. I am not very happy and will be calling my doctor tomorrow. I can't wait for their investigation to resolve my more immediate need-- getting my medication.

      S ******** placed an order for my eye drops (Miebo) through BlinkRx on or before March 15, 2023. My credit card was charged on March 15, 2023. However, when I logged into my BlinkRx account, it stated that I made the purchase on March 21, 2023. Regardless, I still haven't received the product. As a result, my dry eye condition has worsened since I ran out of my eye drops on March 22. I have called numerous times over the past ten days, and each time I was told that they are currently busy fulfilling my order and will provide me with a tracking number once it's ready to be shipped. What an outrageous lie! I am fully aware that I placed the order and was charged by BlinkRx on March 15, but they have failed to deliver the product. They have jeopardized the health of my eyes and essentially stolen my money. BlinkRx must be held accountable for their actions.

      The first time I had a prescription from them, it took 2 weeks to get. I called numerous times and kept getting a different reason. I escalated it several times and was told a supervisor would get back to me. None ever did. Excuses ranged from "not yet filled" to **** did not pick it up" (twice) to **** lost it so it will be refilled and resent."I am now doing a reorder and it has been almost a week since the doctor placed the prescription. I called several times at the end of last week (I am out of the medicine) and was told they were awaiting something from Insurance even though I told them insurance would not pay for it. I got the usual "supervisor will call" but no one did. I called twice yesterday and finally got it worked out to the point where things were "straightened out" and I paid for it authorizing over the phone. I got an email confirmation shortly thereafter. Today, I called to see if it had shipped. They said no because payment has not been authorized. Again "A supervisor will call you". In other words, we have not started to process the prescription yet. I have had it. Still no prescription, still not timeline to get it.

      The time period to prepare medication is about 1-2 business days before medication can be shipped. 

      Our records indicate that your order was shipped in a timely fashion. 

      We expect the carriers to deliver the medication in a timely fashion as well, but they may encounter delays which can arise for various reasons which affect the delivery of a purchased medication.

      We apologize for our miscommunication and delay in following up while we investigated the non-receipt of your medication. 

      I'm happy that our dedicated support staff was able to correct this matter with our pharmacy partner to rectify the issue.

      I wish I could give negative stars. My doctor submitted a prescription to BlinkRx, which I filled once. The number of emails and texts I got from them was absurd. I have refills available, but I am not interested in continuing this medication. However, BlinkRx is spamming me every few days with "friendly reminder" emails about my prescription. I have hit the "unsubscribe" button, opted out of all communication, chatted online and emailed with their support team, and they will not stop emailing me. The emails are also inaccurate/false: they keep saying that my doctor "has submitted a new prescription" for me, which she has not. I echo what another reviewer wrote: is this a scam?

      If you want your rx to get delivered to the wrong address and spend hours going back and fourth between ***** telling you the pharmacy filled out the address incorrectly and the pharmacy to verify the address on the account (not verifying the form used) just before hanging up on you. Then this mail order pharmacy is exactly what you need!

      Probably the worst pharmacy service - Im now two weeks without my medication - I think the worst part are the lies - every day I call for an update - everyday I get the response its shipping today - and of course it doesnt - they told me the pharmacy was backordered on this medication but as their website says over 7000 network pharmacies - why couldnt they try another pharmacy- they said they couldnt as it was processed - my insurance shows no processing - the mismanagement of this is unreal - Ive been out for a week now and they dont care - and I cant get a why ? Tell your medical providers to stay clear of this vendor
