            Visit was 12/21/2023. I reached out to talkiatry to bill my 2 insurances on April 15. As of July 2 2024 this has no occurred. This is pure negligence on the part of this business.

            Horrible process and experience. I used BetterHelp in the past and wanted to give this platform a shot.I had only an intro 45-minute session with a very uninterested Dr. who would not even look into the camera, which was a wide shot of his office... Sadly, it was decided that he could not help me and my situation in a remote environment. For nearly a month, there was no further contact from Talkiatry. Only until my insurance EOB arrived was I shocked. OVER $1K billed for a 45min Zoom-like session??? Wow, this is what is wrong with the healthcare system. Nowhere was I shown the pre-cost. This is such a ripoff, so do not use this service. ****** from Bililng just says: "Please reach out to your insurance provider if you need further clarification regarding your benefits. Thank you!"... such bull...
