            Transaction amount - $536.00 The business is a facility in which microblading of the eyebrows is provided as one of their services. Upon visit person providing visit used an open razor to shave my eyebrow and not only that but cut the bottom corner of my eyebrow and shaved it half off. They state all their technicians are licensed and provide excellent clean services but clearly they are not and do not have any experience as well as maintaining a proper health protocols. People are crammed into one set space and are not implementing covid protocols. As the ink is starting to fade away the deep cuts are coming forward and are painful. I will be having to go to my doctor to receive proper treatment for it but I do not want other to go through this for the amount of money and receive a fake alternative. I am unable to upload any documents but if needed to do so I will.

            They did my eyebrows two years ago. They messed them up by a student called. The owner never responded. Finally I was able to make an appointment with her. They were she was going to charge me as the owner, which is more money when I got there. I waited almost an hour, and she was gonna send me again to another student is not waste of time or your money go somewhere else, they dont have any professionalism when it comes to customer service.
