Transaction amount - $536.00 The business is a facility in which microblading of the eyebrows is provided as one of their services. Upon visit person providing visit used an open razor to shave my eyebrow and not only that but cut the bottom corner of my eyebrow and shaved it half off. They state all their technicians are licensed and provide excellent clean services but clearly they are not and do not have any experience as well as maintaining a proper health protocols. People are crammed into one set space and are not implementing covid protocols. As the ink is starting to fade away the deep cuts are coming forward and are painful. I will be having to go to my doctor to receive proper treatment for it but I do not want other to go through this for the amount of money and receive a fake alternative. I am unable to upload any documents but if needed to do so I will.Business response

Hello! Our salon provided a microblading service for the client *******************************. Before the procedure, she was asked to read the consent to the procedures and, if she agreed, to sign it. We store all consent forms and can provide for review. We followed all safety measures and the procedure was rendered professional. In the consent form it was stated that the result of eyebrow healing depends on many factors and correction is possible. The client filed a complaint on the same day to have their eyebrows fixed. We offered to return on the same day and to fix the eyebrows or in 4 weeks after complete healing process to fix them for free. After that, the client continued to complain and asked for a refund. In accordance with the consent form, we do not make any refunds, since the service was provided. We are very upset with this situation and offered several options for the client, but unfortunately she continued her complaint. We look forward to a peaceful settlement of the dispute.
