They did my eyebrows two years ago. They messed them up by a student called. The owner never responded. Finally I was able to make an appointment with her. They were she was going to charge me as the owner, which is more money when I got there. I waited almost an hour, and she was gonna send me again to another student is not waste of time or your money go somewhere else, they dont have any professionalism when it comes to customer service.

Very Impersonal. The Technician didnt bother to look at my face. She just told me to lay down. She made my eyebrows completely different and tried to convince me they were Straight!!!!Not the least bit interested in fixing either. Seriously Worse Experience Ever!

Do yourself a favor just because they post pictures that doesnt mean that your eyebrows will come out looking like that. I got my eyebrows done last June waited for weeks to get the touchup and then she said wait about 4 to 5 weeks to see you the actual outcome. When another month pass by I saw how uneven and I even had lines that she **** that did not connect to my eyebrows. When I send pictures then she said shell redo them with no additional cost. Since then they have canceled on me six times Ive canceled on him two or three times due to the fact of work and then I was sick which is very understandabl. They canceled on me just to move the time to a later time which I couldnt do because the day that I was going with my only day off I obviously had other appointments and other things to do those days. They canceled on me two weeks ago and rescheduled for tomorrow I got a bad chronic sinus infection I have a dry cough I let the girl know they canceled me out and told me that they could not reschedule me again I asked if they can at least give me half of the payment back from my eyebrows since they messed up she hung up on me . They told me that I canceled out more than they did they said they only canceled out on me on once but I got conversations and photos of all the conversations I had between them so if anybody would like to see those conversations Ill be more than happy to post those on another review do yourself a favor do not trust these women theyre all about the money they dont care about what you look like afterwards. False advertisement Clearly states model wanted got here after communicating via Instagram and now asking me to make full payment.. unacceptable smh very disappointed for I was truly open to trying out the services @************ this is not how u do business.. I came all the way from **********.. I even ask to speak to the manager aka the owner and she didnt even want to hear me concerns.. ***** basically dismissed me like I wasnt a person looking for some understanding.. I would of been willing to pay the full amount if only they had handed me better.. how you treat people is how we all succeed in this world.. not even an apology for the mix if there was any.. very disappointed in the way you treat ppl.. smh

Horrible experience! Upon giving your feedback on their poor handling of services and unskilled workers, the owner responds to the feedback and reviews by defending them rather than checking on her unprofessional and unskilled employees. They work on peoples faces and this is the kind of attitude they have. Ridiculous!

The staff at WOW GIRL NYC is RUDE. I asked for Thread Lift because they advertise it on their website. She said they are not offering it anymore. I simply asked if she could give me the name of the person who does the Thread Lift because I can tell by her videos that she does good work. She said NO! Asked why and explained that I would like to try to find if she is still providing the service at another office since they dont offer it anymore. The WOW GIRL NYC representative flat out said she doesnt want THE THREAD INJECTOR to receive any clients from WOW GIRL NYC. BUT WOW GIRL NYC IS NO LONGER DOING THE SERVICE SHE COULD OF EASILY SHARED THE INFORMATION OF THE THREAD LIFT INJECTOR.

Paid $500 full for my eyebrows micro blading/ombre but I end up having to do my eyebrows every day regardless smh they were different shapes and way off and done my owner. They might have one or two people that know what theyre doing but other than that I would not recommend this place I would not go there again, so unprofessional now I have to pay to go somewhere else and have them done again the professional way, the way they should have been from the beginning.

HORRIBLE SERVICE FOR MICROBLADING!! Walked in and was handed the ipad to fill out my information while numbing cream was placed on face. After some time, was taken to get stretch of my eyebrows.Consultant just **** them on my face without asking how I wanted my eyebrows to be microbladed. Literally just used the eyebrow cut out and couldn't actually change my eyebrows to what I requested.Ultimately, I was so nervous/shaking that I walked out. I should have known RED FLAG when 1. Consultant eyebrows weren't fierce / swore eyebrows/everyone does great work (NOT TRUE)2. Consultant wasn't warm and friendly just wanted to be paid/get job done 3. Couldn't free-stretch/ modify my eyebrows to my face Everyone save your time.. do not come to this place. check out bbb.org for honest reviews staff ultimately recommended ***** but out on maternity leave - but I wont ever return.
