I like the convenience of it, however I added my account, and funded my jack pocket app... I won $5500 bucks... 500 and 5000... I did the payout for $500 to my account, and it told me it was successful wait 3-5 days... I filled out my info to have my ticket mailed to me so I can claim the $5000, and now it's almost 5 days later and have heard nothing about it. I got emails yesterday and today saying my account funding had failed for insufficient funds. I emailed support and sent them a picture of my account balance disputing this, and now nobody has answered me about anything. The bank issues are separate problem. I want my money. And my ticket. And I added and additional account to my payment profile just for the sake of covering my basis. I feel like I'm being punished or my ticket is being held hostage for technical issues.

Not sure about all of the negative reviews here. I think most of them are operator error but not Jackpocket. I've been using jackpocket for a couple of years now and it works great. There is the caveat that any money you add to the app cannot be taken back but that's a small thing in my opinion. You can always easily get your winnings sent to your bank account I've never had a problem with that. I only win a few bucks here and there but never a problem getting it. But I did just win my biggest yet. $500 and the money was sent to my bank account as soon as I posted for it plus I did get an email telling me I won it. I like it because it is super convenient and I don't have to drive to a store to buy my lottery tickets as I live out in the country.Jackpocket Inc. Response

I hope I can help the next person. Whatever you do, do NOT use this Company. They are a total rip off. I wish I could have them arrested for theft. I had over 40$ in my account and had bought 100$ worth of scratch off tickets to give as Easter presents. Never received. They have suspended my account and will not give me my money. They will not give out a phone number, suspicious in itself. I wish I would have done more research and read these reviews. My fault. I have learned my ******* Hopefully the next person will read this. These people are DISPICABLE. I am working with PAYPAL to see what I can do! BUYER BEWARE! Do not give these people a dime! I have had three tickets in which I believe I had won. Only to be told by customer service that the ticket did not win. In all cases I had the fireball option and was not credited anything.3/18/24 Day draw I played 111 w Fireball. Numbers drawn were. 115 Fieball 7. 10/2/23 evening I played 903 w Fireball. Numbers drawn were 908 Fireball 0.9/14/23 night draw I played 1124 w Fireball. Numbers drawn were . 1123 Fireball 8 . Again jackpocket customer service said no winner. They have my account locked up, Ive been trying to get in touch with support, to find out what the problem is , but they have no way of actually reaching support. App and my state is stupid can't use any of my cards literally I have tried 3 cards and a credit card rendered Completely useless can't use my PayPal because it has my card info it's like these people running this country don't want people making Money or Perhaps it's My State we need politicians who aren't scared to let people do what they please with their own Money.Review from Michael T

I've been using jackpocket for the past 3 years and I love the intuitiveness of their app and professional customer service. I've also won several winning tickets and Inever had any issues with my payouts, credits, or with transferring funds into my bank account. Everytime I tried contacting customer service, I was promptly provided with a response within 24 hours by a courteous and knowledgeable professional. I believe that Jackpocket is worth it as its a very convenient way for me to play lotto games in my state.
