Is a company that says yes to all your requierment but once you pay they disappear . Be carefull. they are from ***** and based in *****. And the meance didn't stop when you ask them for doing the job.

      Your name isn't on the contract or authorized persons list for communication.

      I am sorry but we won't be able to divulge any project specific details to you unless you can provide us a written confirmation from the person who has signed the contract with us.

      This is a Fintech project and we take the data protection, security and privacy very seriously in cases like these.

      I paid $18,000 to Rising Max *** ($10,0000 07/02/2021 through chase and $8,000 on 10/12/2021 through CITI bank) to build a mobile app and website. We did not enjoyed working with the company due to lack of professionalism from the team. The app designs us lack genuinity (copy and paste designs). Since the start of the project, we have had no direct and/or credible communication from management which is suspicious. We also realized their business is dubious. Due to the above reasons and more, we decided to terminate the contract. However, Rising Max *** has refused to refund our money and/or finish the project.

      Client started a project with us on 01 JUL ************************************** her message.

      According to the contract, we worked on the project and showed her our progress. She approved the same and released payment for the achieved milestone. Project was delivered to client as per her expectations.

       

      1. In messages client claims that we are not completing the project or refunding client's money. In truth client disputed the payments with her bank in nov 2021 and blocked our team from whatsapp. Screenshots attached.

      When client didn't get refund from her bank then she started a BBB case.

       

      2.Client claims our designs lack genuinity. We have worked on the project for 4+ months and client approved various milestones in that time. If quality of work was concern, then it should have come up in the very beginning of the project. This doesn't seem valid after using ****+ hours of work.

      3. Client claims team lacks professionalism. We have been completely professional from starting to end. I would like to point out, If client was happy with progress, then only she released the milestones payments.

      4. Client claims lack of management communication. As seen from whatsapp screenshot, group has multiple team members in the same group. Also, we asked client to schedule a meeting with top management on our side she refused. Now she claims otherwise. Which is not true.

      5. Client claims Company is dubious. Not sure what client means by this. Client herself has attached EIN pdf of risingmax and US bank account details. Not sure whats dubious about that.

      6.Client claims we are refusing to finish the product. Client herself terminated the contract, disputed all the payments with her bank and blocked us on whatsapp, refused to communicate with anyone including our top management that includes our CEO.

       

      According to our internal review, This client has only one goal after getting the project designs delivered from us i.e. to get a refund by any means necessary. Even if she has to lie or accuse us of wrongdoing. 

      We can't refund the money as we have done everything client asked for for 4 months and spent ****+ hours on this.

       Yes, We stand by  our claim. Rising Max ************* refused to fully refund our money after we realized they have been trying to sabotage our project, and that lead to us to file numerous cases with our banks, BBB, Internet crime ************ the local precinct and lawsuit. 

      ***************** did not block Rising Max ************* on whatsapp or on any communication platform. On the contrary, Our President ******* removed Rising Max ************* team from the Commhub whatsapp page after he informed Rising Max ************* of our decision. He then created another group with Rising Max *** to begin the termination process. We have always and continue keep our communication lines open to Rising Max ************* even as of today. 


      Our President had requested a meeting with the senior management(no names were provided), only to be informed at the last minute that the meeting has been rescheduled (fyi the initial meeting was schedule on Rising Max/Suufescom terms). That is unprofessional. 
      He called (and up till this day, he still calls) and has left numerous voice messages prior and after our request to terminate the contract. Yet, as of today not a single person from 


      Senior management at Rising Max/********* has return his call. That is unprofessional.

      Rising Max/********* claims that they have worked on the project for 4+ months (+**** hours) and yet have provided no evidence to support their claim. The only design that got an approval from the team was the logo (pending further refinement). ***SEE ATTACHED- rejecting designs screenshots***


      Rising Max claims to be well-established app development company of highly experienced programmers, developers, and project managers (******************************).
      I have attached evidence to support the poor quality of work from Rising Max/********* (****SEE ATTACHED errors in designs****). So yes, ***************** and Rising Max ************* have spent 4+ months on the designs but it is because the quality of work has been poor (to put it mildly). 


      The Rising Max/********* claims that if ***************** was not satisfied with the progress, why released the milestone payment. Right from the start of the project, we never agreed to milestone payments. What we agreed on was to pay for the project in 2 installments (This is evident in the payment receipts) on the assurance that Rising Max ************* will be determined to complete the project without failing. Complete in the sense that the final project  must have our full approval. 
      Lets even assumed that the statement about the milestone payments are true. As of 11/02/2021, Rising Max ************* has received full payment($18,000) for the project, Won't that imply that the project has been completed? They do not have a working app as we speak.

      After receiving the final payment, Rising Max *** tried to sabotage the project by deploying delay tactics and assigning the project to a Customer satisfaction Expert (Lucky) without informing us.
      Based on our interaction with Customer satisfaction Expert (Lucky), we strongly believe that the Customer satisfaction Expert sole goal is to sabotage the project and lead us down this path (this statement is based on feedback from the ***************** team, and 2 external project managers we hired).
      As it stance, the delay tactics has cost ***************** $40,000 and counting. The number will eclipse $75,000 by the end of December.

      Again, we stand by claim that Rising Max *** is a dubious company. If not, why else would a well established company draft a contract that is neither legally binding or has no governing rules for a Startup company?
      A concern ***************** raised and was assured by Rising Max ************* (*************************) prior to E-signing the document.***SEE CONTRACT and DUBIOUS CONTRACT SCREENSHOT*****

      Despite being ***************** being ripped off by Rising Max *************, we continue to keep open dialogue in hopes to avoid a lawsuit. Our goal is to have Rising Max *** either  refund our money or fulfil their responsibilities to us(working with the original project manager-******* but to no avail. 

      We maintain our stance that our negative feedback is important to protect ** entrepreneurs/businesses from Rising Max ************* unfair business practices. It is because of dubious companies like Rising Max/********* that most Startups fail.

      ***** terminated the contract after getting the product. Disputed 100% payment with banks and blocked our team from whatsapp groups. You can't accuse us of any wrongdoing when your intentions are exposed to everyone involved in this project.

      1. In response to your whatsapp blocking comment: You blocked the team from replying in whatsapp group which rendered the communication channel useless as our whole team was added in that. You did it intentionally and now claiming our team didn't respond to you which is totally false.

      2. In response to your meeting request with our sr. *********** Lucky has scheduled a call with our management 3 times and you rescheduled that everytime. At the end you said that No need for a call we are terminating the contract. Blocked our team from whatsapp.
      Obviously, our management won't reach out to you when you showed no interest in talking to them then you terminated the contract. Purpose of the call was to resolve the issue amicably before terminating the contract.

      3.In response to 4 months of work: Your contract was started on 1st july. Contract was terminated on dec 7 
      That is 5 months of work from our team. You were in constant contact of the team throughout the project cycle. 

      4.In response to delay tactics: Lucky, our customer success manager was added in your project to make the communication easier and he was introduced to you and added in the whatsapp group and email thread. There have been no delay from our end.
      Why would adding a customer success manager be sabotaging a project? 

      5.In response to dubious company claim: The contract was sent to client and client verified that with her lawyer. She herself signed that after reviewing it. Our contract is perfectly fine and again client's intentions are quite clear. ***** is complaining about things which she herself is responsible for. 

      Your actions have caused us great deal of harm in terms of our reputation with our bank where you made false claims of fraud payment. You didn't dispute part payment after 5 months of work, you disputed 100% payment which is just wrong and show your true intentions. You have tried putting blame of everything on our team where our team was always trying to help you, we have spent great deal of time investigating internally all aspects of your project and team members involved. That has costed company a great deal of money as well. 
      I am sorry about the harsh language but In truth, you have lied and you still keep on lying contradicting your own statements you made earlier. Our company is facing ****** USD overall loss on this project.

      1. Please provide us with proof of your statement.
      ***************** did not block Rising Max ************* on whatsapp or on any communication platform. On the contrary, ***** removed Rising Max ************* team from the Commhub whatsapp page after he informed Rising Max ************* of our decision.       2. Please provide us with proof of your statement.
      ***************** initially requested a meeting with the senior management(no names were provided) to discuss the issue , only to be informed at the last minute that the meeting has been called off. After the incident, we were no longer interest in setting up another meeting because what Rising Max/Suufescom did was unprofessional and waste of our time. 
      Rising Max ************* claim they wanted to resolve the issue amicably yet Lucky was the only manager we were able to reach (the same manager responsible for a break down in communication and working relationship). 
      Had a different manager reached out to us as requested, there would have been a high probability that we would have reached some form of agreement. 
      The project was officially terminated after Rising Max ************* failed to live up to their word again. Rising Max ************* can try to run away from their responsibilities with excuses/misleading statements but you are 100% responsible for the break down in relationship and project.  


      3. Please provide us with proof of your statement.
      The only people we were able to reach were ******, Lucky, and recently, email correspondence with ********************. 
      No one from the upper/senior management division at Rising Max/********* has returned our call even as we speak.  


      4. Please provide us with proof of your statement.
      That is a question for Rising Max ************* to answer. We only requested that you add another designer or developer on the team to the whatsapp group. 
      After, we complained about the breakdown in relationship with the manager, Lucky insisted that the team work with him. why did Rising Max ************* not change managers if your intentions were not to sabotage the project?
      ***NB: We would also like to correct an earlier statement. ****** informed us before adding Lucky to the whatsapp group.***** 


      5. Rising Max ************* purposely drafted a contract that is neither legally binding or has no governing rules for a Startup company. 
      Please provide proof of what makes your proposal legally binding (or in your own words "our contract is perfectly fine"). 
      A concern ***************** raised and was assured by Rising Max ************* (*************************) prior to E-signing the document. We E-signed because your representative (*************************) assured us that Rising Max ************* will guide us through the project and ensure that all deliverables met our expectations.
       

      Yes, what Rising Max ************* did was tantamount to fraud. Rising Max ************* accepted payment from ***** and ***************** to build an app, we terminated the project because there was a break down in our working relationship. ***************** reached out to Rising Max ************* and *************************** on several occasions but to no avail. The only manager(Lucky), whom we could reach refused to give us back our money. 
      We informed Rising Max ************* that we would be filing a fraud complaint or any complaints for that matter, if we did not hear back from them. we did not hear back from Rising Max *************, so we filed our complaints. 
      The only reason Rising Max ************* responding now is because BBB stepped in. Up till then, we did not get any reply from Rising Max ************* (other than Lucky). You left us with no choice, you chose to resolve this issue this way. 


      Rising Max ************* insist that ***************** is lying yet Rising Max ************* has not provided any proof of what they have said so far.

      Oct 13th I filled out a ******* survey where I received a free gift. I chose Max **** and was offered an additional bottle for ****. The only time I heard from them was an email saying my product had shipped. November 2nd they took 90..50 and ***** out of my account. When I called the 1st time the guy said it was for a subscription but that he would cancel it and refund me my money. The 4th I saw where the money hadn't been put back. I called again n a lady informed me that the subscription had been canceled but I hadn't said anything about a refund and therefore wasn't getting one. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the lady hung up on me

      This complaint is at the wrong place. Customer is complaining about the product they purchased from walmart.
