    I was pleased with the service at first then on the last day of my trip the scooter stopped working and I an old lady was stranded in ************ by myself. I called mobility at 3:14pm and told them of my issue. I was told that I must have charged it wrong and I would have to find an outlet to recharge it. There are no outlets in ************. They offered no help to me and argued with me about what I must have done wrong. I had to stop someone walking by to help me. Thank God one lady told me to call 311, and the other man pushed me to a street so I could get an accessible taxi. I asked the manager to refund me the $40 I paid for the taxi and he said "NO". All they want is money and I explained the service was good before the issue and I wasn't asking for my $225 back just $40. They have no compassion and could have helped when I called or given me some suggestions as to what to do. The next day I called to see what was wrong with the scooter then I was told nothing and it was rented out again. He treated me as if I was a liar and all the blame was put on me. Then said it was because of the hills at ************, but never said this when I called originally or even tried to help me at 3:14 pm. He argued that they have no drivers and they stop at 2:00 pm and that he was going to let me keep it till 6:00, and by contract, it's due by 4:00 pm-(even though they don't pick it up until the next day) and that because it worked well the other days I get nothing. Very unprofessional, and had no empathy, would not even let me talk and kept saying when I called they were closed and this is not true. He is not good at handling issues as a manager so I ended the call and said I'll take care of this another way because he did not care about anything except money. The ad says they are open 9-5 and this too is not true.
