      My latest email to themDear Songtrust Support Team, I am writing to express my deep frustration and concern over a longstanding LOD error on my songwriter profile, which has remained unresolved for about a year now. Despite my repeated attempts to have this issue addressed, I have received no satisfactory resolution. Here are the details of my previous attempts to resolve this issue: Ticket ID: #********** Ticket ID: #********** Ticket ID: #********** Inquiry Reference Number: ********** Inquiry Details: I have been experiencing an LOD error on my songwriter profile, which requires immediate attention. Despite my efforts and numerous follow-ups over the past year, I have not received any updates or solutions. This issue has persisted since my initial request on July 10, 2023, and has been followed by multiple additional requests over the last year. Relevant Information: The error was linked to my registration of an independent label/publisher (Couchlock Studios) as a songwriter, which was also attached to my songwriter account for *************************. I have since removed the songwriter account for Couchlock Studios, but the error persists. The refund associated with closing my songwriter profile for Couchlock Studios was processed with Receipt #****-**** on November 2, 2023, at 6:11:42 PM. Given the extended duration of this issue and the substantial amount of money ($100) I have spent on maintaining this account, I urgently request that this error be corrected immediately. There is no justification for this problem to have remained unresolved for so long. Please correct the issue promptly and provide me with confirmation once it has been resolved. Should this matter not be addressed promptly, I will have no choice but to pursue further actions through consumer protection agencies and other legal avenues to protect my rights.       At this time, I have been contacted directly by Songtrust regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

       I had to carry forward with some form of registration with a legitimate ************************* entity, so I finally requested after a substantial amount of time (over a year of complications with Songtrust) to just cancel my account and requested a refund. Funny enough, the request to cancel and get my money back was responded to quickly and I was issued both the cancellation and refund without a problem. Its quite discouraging that a company of Songtrusts caliber will spend over a year not correcting an issue on an account in order for a songwriter to use the platform correctly, but they will gladly cancel and refund a users account at their earliest convenience. So yes, they answered but my issue never got resolved and I doubt it ever would have been, quite honestly. Im happy to say that *** moved to Sentric.

      I've been trying to log in to Songtrust for a month to submit my music for publishing. I paid them $100 for the subscription for the service and I keep changing my password but I can not log in. They say to log in through another website called ********** and I've never had to do that before. When I go through them I contact support and their automated system says they'll reach back to me via email. It's been weeks and I haven't received any email from them. When I submit a form to Songtrust it's the same issue. No one is reaching back and at this point, I've tried everything. No one is reaching back to me and It's delaying my business.

      I have been using Songtrust as an admin for my music publishing for almost two years and have well over a hundred songs registered with them. However they have stopped processing my songs and have not sent my last two albums worth of music out to be registered.It has been over 5 months and they still have not sent them out. I have filed a inquiry with them through their automated system and have not received any response back accept that they have received my inquiry and will get back to me as soon as possible. In the mean time I am missing out on my publishing for these two albums.My support ticket id from them is #********** They have the worst customer support in the entire music business.

      song trust has wrongfully held my account hostage and not responded to my support tickets about unblocking my account they are being very wrong in not fixing any issue I bring to them in a timely manner and I don't have access my email is ********************** on the song trust account and I demand that they give me full access
