              Horrible company! My husband has been trying to add me to his premium plan for years. There is no phone support. Every time we try to put me on the duo plan my address will not be accepted. I was just on with an on line agent and she said "it looks like you are not the only ones with this problem...hopefully there will be a fix soon"!!! What???? Spotify has been taking our money for 2 premium account holders even though they know they can't provide the service? I will take every opportunity I can to bad mouth this company. Unbelievable. Business in *******...
