            Order Num: #**** & #**** Date of transaction: 10/25/2021 Purchased a total of 4 online courses for a sum of $1990. I have already taken two courses and was not satisfied with my experience. There was multiple class reschedules last minute, which conflicted with the schedule I had originally planned when enrolling. Then, the remaining two courses have been rescheduled for dates that no longer align with my future schedule. This combined with the poor level of communication and overall quality of the service has led me to request a refund for the remaining two courses. However, the business refuses to do so, despite the fact that their own refund policy states that I would be eligible for at least a 75% refund of the remaining courses I have not yet taken. They offered me a $100 voucher code to use for future purchases, which I am not accepting nor have I used due to my dissatisfaction with the business thus far.I am requesting a refund for the remaining 2 courses I have not yet taken ($995 of the $1990 total).
