    I leased my Mazda-30 1/25/25 and had a minor accident on 2/15/24 on the right side of the suv. I have made three payments as of 3/24. I do not have my vehicle it was towed to ************** repairs on 2/15/24 from the accident. I rented a vehicle from enterprise in ********** the same day which is good for 30 days on my insurance. Mazda has not been able to get the headlight in the months time my suv was there and now I have storage fees of $95 a day plus $40 a day for the suv because it's over 30 days. My son has called many times to ****** case manager Mazda ********************** no answer or call back and no one else takes the call because she handles the case. 1st and formost I want my car fixed and returned I'm paying monthly $399.99 for nothing, 2nd I shouldn't be charged for storage and the rental fees of the car because they can't get my car part for a brand new car and return it to me within a month. They should be paying those fees not me.The mazda case # is ******** The suv can't be moved because it's not done because of them and the part and then needs to be finished. And auto insurance does not cover any of this after 30 days which is plenty of time especially on a brand new vehicle. I want this resolved by Mazda and them paying for the additional costs that are occurring everyday until the part is in and they can finish fixing the vehicle. Can you please help me with this problem with Mazda. Thank you.********************* ************ Want money paid for storage and rental of car until vehicle is completely fixed after receiving the part the light!!!!
