              The manager ***** is a joke. He over charged me for a vehicle that was listed on ******** and ****** for $58,800. I put down $52,000 for a 2019 BMW X7. After all was said and done they charged me $65,719 before taxes which came to $72,000 and after interest it would be around $85,000. The vehicle was also damaged on the front end suspension components. I’ve gone back several time to get them to fix the issue and was told to let my $4,000 warranty kick in after 30 days before they would help. After 2 weeks from my purchase, I hit a pothole that ended up costing $27,000 to fix. And still no help. I haven’t had my truck since Oct. 11th because it’s been sitting at BMW of *********** waiting for me to come up with extra money I don’t have. While having a $18,000 loan that I have to pay off. ******** ******* won’t help me refinance the loan even after admitting they would have never funded the loan had they known about these issues. Now here I am in February of 2023, still no truck and no help. And still having to pay off a $18,000 loan and $19,899 for the damage they refuse to admit knowing about. My test drive went well, but as soon as I got home all of these issues began.
