      March 9th 2023 I brought my car into the service center at Jaguar Land Rover Manhattan to have repairs done on the coolant system. Originally the service advisor gave me a quote for parts and labor plus tax for the repairs and I agreed to it. Down the line there was another issue found with a leak that was reported to me and a quote for the repairs was also given. I told the service advisor to add that repair to the list and add it to the bill. March 21, 2023 I was notified that my car was fixed and that I could come pick it up. Soon after pick up I noticed a loud creaking noise that was not there before the drop off of the car. I reached back out to the service advisor the same day to let her know that there was a creaking noise that started after getting my car back from the service center. I booked an appointment for Thursday March 23, 2023. On the way to the service center the car starts to overheat and smoke/steam began to plume from under the hood. There was no dash indication that the car was overheating nor was there a low coolant light. I had the car towed to the shop to take a look at the creaking noise that started at their shop and the faulty coolant system they just repaired a few days prior. After the diagnostic the service advisor started to quote me the cost to fix all the issues. My complaint is if I was just in your shop for a coolant system repair and the coolant system fails a few days later and on top of that there is some loud noise with the car that was not there prior, Jaguar Land Rover Manhattan needs to take some responsibility for their poor workmanship and guarantee their work that was just completed 2 days prior.

      A part was purchased from this dealership on February 10,2022 and upon inspection, a defect was noticed. The part was returned February 11, 2022. Every time I inquire about the check that is to be issued for the refund, I am met with conflicting stories such as, the manager is on vacation, it has not been processed yet, there is a backup with paperwork or most recently which I have never heard, (especially since it is 3 weeks past the date I was assured I would receive a refund) the part needs to be inspected. After 11 weeks, it is seeming like a blatant effort on the part of Jaguar/Land Rover of Manhattan to withhold a refund. Their business practices are extremely dishonest.
