August 2023 I took my jeep to get serviced for the ac not working, radio/sat not working, truck running hot (not over heating). after a few days gave them a call and was told they haven't looked at it yet. this went on for a few weeks, they only have one engine tech so we had to wait for him to finish another job to start my jeep. Again a few weeks later (mid Sept 2023) spoke with them and was told my engine was no good and was going to need a new one.spoke with warrant company and they were going to send someone out to look at it and tell us what to do and what was covered. after getting a run around with jeep service, they finally answered and said the warrant company came and gave them a estimate price and told them what to do with it. Now not hearing from them for over a month now we are in feb 2024 and my jeep still isn't fixed. every time I call I get a run around, and voicemail. as per warrant company last convo with jeep was 04/23/2024. I spoke with service rep on 04/24/2024 and was told parts are in and I would have my truck back in a few days. well it is now over a month later and still no phone call with update, called on 05/29-30/2024 and left three voicemails and still no call back. also left message for supervisor and he never answers. Called Jeep headquarters to get help and got no where.. on top of this all im still making my monthly payments on a truck I haven't had since august 2023. this is not fair to me and my family, and I wouldn't feel safe taking my truck back at this point.Business response

I Purchase a 2019 Dodge Ram 7 month ago they did not give me a carfax report, The first problem was my gas tank would not allow gas. I took the vehicle to the dealer. They fix that. The i was driving my car the shift gears stop responding, my electrical and computer system where on. I went to the dealership on 5/24/23. I explain ******** at the dealership that this vehicle feels unsafe. The start with trying to have me purchase another vehicle. He informs me that they could not service my vehicle at this time. I ask if they could give me a loaner vehicle due to my vehicle having shift gear problem and computer issue he said. then state drive with caution when i was leaving the dealer with no other resolution. ******** gave me a appointment on 5/25/23 to bring my unsafe vehicle back to Manhattan . I went to my vehicle and the vehicle did not start. The vehicle had to be tow to the dealership. Once there they said they don't have vehicle loaner . I have to work and have no means of transportation. I believe this vehicle was a lemon..Initial Complaint

Hello. I put a $1000 hold on a car and then did not buy it. I was assured beforehand it was refundable. I have texts and emails confirming that I am entitled to my money back. I was called for my credit card info in order to get the refund. I have not gotten it back. I want my money!Customer response

On Sept 9th 22. I wen't to purchase a per-owned Jeep at Manhattan Jeep. I had an issue with a charge (DPI) of $895 on the bill of sale. In order to close the deal the manager, offered me a cash rebate of $895. After I accepted his offer we shook hands in front of one of his sales people. I asked for the check before committing to the sale but I was told by him it had to go through the head office and I would receive it in a couple of days in the mail. I waited a week then called but manager refused to answer my calls. Then I went back to the dealership and got the run-a-round. I was sent from one person to another. I still have no check and out $895 . no-one at the dealership will talk to me. I have been scammed of $895 this is totally unacceptable.Customer response
