7 day a week subscription to NY Times 02/2021, delivered by Mitchell’s. I am disabled & requested paper be put in a bag on the door handle because I cannot bend down to pick it up. They said "no problem" First time - they supposedly delivered to Apt ****, not ***. There isn't even a 16th floor. It was supposed to be redelivered to my door- they left it at the front desk. 02/07, 04/25, 04/26, 05/23, 05/30 thrown in hallway 06/05 no paper. My neighbors got theirs. It was supposed to be hand delivered to me – it was left at the front desk I called & emailed them. They apologize, say they will put it on the handle – and it happens again and again. I have to get someone in the building to pick it up from the floor for me. July 29th, it was on the floor. I complained directly to the NY Times. Today, August 5th – no paper. My neighbors got their papers; only me, who complained, did not get it. Eight months, problems nine times. I’ll file a discrimination suit against them if I have to.
