I never subscribed to this newsletter and I have tried unsubscribing to all of their different newsletters multiple times. THEY KEEP SENDING EMAILS. It feels so scammy.

I apologize for any inconvenience caused, I see that you unsubscribed from a couple of our email lists but not all of them. We don't currently have an "unsubscribe from all" button in our emails which means you might have to click the unsubscribe button at the bottom of any new emails you get until the emails stop.
I'll make sure to remove your email address from our lists so that you don't get any more emails from us.Review from Martin A

Never share your credit card to Epoch Times ****** I have try it for 1$ What a mistake. Have to call to cancel at the end of the try for 1$ they make over selling to keep me in and instead of cancel they charge my credit card last year and this year to ban for life.The Epoch Times Response

I'm so sorry to hear about your experience! It sounds frustrating. When you called in, it was already past the renewal date, so we cancelled your subscription and refunded you the charges. Since February, Epoch Times Canada has implemented an online cancellation portal, for those who prefer not to call.Review from Rai R

Thank you for your review, I couldn't find any paid subscriptions in our system under the provided email address, nor could I find any record in our system that you tried to call us.. Please reach out to us if you'd like us to help you, we will definitely make things right for you. Please provide any screenshots of the charges that you see, email confirmations of the charge, and the information of the card that was charged.

I never subscribed to them but have been receiving emails after visiting their website once, including getting a "thanks for subscribing" email. I never subscribed. I've tried multiple times to unsubscribe, but the emails keep coming. Aggressive and unethical tactics that I'm assuming are meant to make them look like they have more subscribers than they do. Slanted and non-factual reporting that can't be trusted.The Epoch Times Response

Hello, if you're still receiving emails after you hit the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the emails, it means that you might be on multiple email lists. Please unsubscribe from each list until you're no longer receiving emails from us. We don't currently have an "unsubscribe from all" button and I apologize for the inconvenience.

Horrible. I'm receiving dozens of emails and never signed up for this e-subscription. I actually received a "Thanks for subscribing to Epoch Times" email, but never subscribed. I've unsubscribed several times now, but it keeps coming. I've reported as Spam, but it keeps coming into spam, but I want it to stop. Click on "manage subscription", scroll to the very bottom of a very long page with dozens of newsletters all Epoch Times propoganda, and click "UNSUBSCRIBE FROM ALL". Hopefully that will work. I tried to post a screen shot to help others, but this review doesn't allow photos to be posted, unfortunately.The Epoch Times Response

One of the few news outlets that doesn't spread the lies of the likes of **** MSNBC, ********* ** Times, **************** AP News, etc. Not afraid to tackle stories that might get you canceled in today's world. The Epoch Times has no equal!Their reporting is 100% fact-based and comprehensive.You will not be disappointed.I received their early morning news review in my email each morning and then an update or two later on which keeps me up-to-date on the main controversies of the day.In addition to hard news, the early morning offering has two excellent opinion pieces by top essayist and even a selection of word and other puzzles if you need a little distraction with your morning beverage!In addition, I get their breaking news on my phone with necessary and important details so I'm not left in the dark as to what is really going on.Review from Omar S

POOR OR NO DELIVERY PAID FOR PROM RATE OF $34.00 IN JANUARY 25,24 FOR THREE MONTHS OF DELIVERED PAPERS. DID ONLY RECEIVE FOUR PAPERS UNTIL THIS DATE 3/15/24. -Looks like papers stolen or lost in mail as shipped as low end rates Called tree times to get matter ironed out and always told all m,inds of stories and would not cancel only add on months, of which do not need as not getting the paper.WAS also told again we do not cancel any paper..Finally after 4 th call I was told IO would get back $17.00 only as promo rates do not apply to refunds,Told by a supervisor of that-- HAVE blocked charge now as all the the trouble this paper has caused to this 86 tear old man whom called and called .-YOU folks sure need a better delivery system then 4 th class junk mail for papers that you sen=d out.
