This is a formal complaint against Stand Up ** and its owner ********************* ************************************* regarding a recent business transaction that has resulted in unresolved issues and financial disputes.DETAILS OF THE COMPLAINT:- Nature of the Business Relationship: Stand Up ** hosted a fundraising event for our nonprofit organization, **** Kids **, on Aug 31st.- Agreed-Upon Terms: As per the contract agreement, a payment of $501 was agreed upon within 24 hours post-show, with final accounting to be completed at least 48 hours post-show. Final payment may take up to 14 business days post-show.- Unfulfilled Payment: Despite our compliance with the agreed terms, we have not received the payment within the stipulated time frame. Efforts to resolve the matter directly with Stand Up ** staff and the owner have been unsuccessful.- Lack of Communication: There has been a significant lack of communication from Stand Up ** regarding the delayed payment, and promised timelines have not been honored.- Attendance at Fundraising Event: Importantly, all attendees at the fundraising event were exclusively friends and family of **** Kids **. There was no meaningful contribution from Stand Up **** outreach efforts, which were part of the agreed-upon terms.EFFORTS TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE:- Multiple attempts have been made to resolve the issue directly with Stand Up **, including emails and follow-up communications.- Despite assurances, the payment has not been received, and there has been a lack of transparency regarding the delay.REQUESTED RESOLUTION:- Timely and transparent communication regarding the status of the payment.- Prompt processing and receipt of the agreed-upon payment.Customer response
