      - I paid for a month-to-month membership at the office company, WeWork.- I wanted to cancel my membership and no longer be billed by them. The only way to cancel the membership was by phone, which I did multiple times, I received multiple support tickets that confirmed cancellation of my membership and have written confirmation that my card would no longer be charged.- Despite this they continue to charge my credit card, most recently today, December 27th, 2023 for the amount of $323.92 - These are fraudulent charges as I am not using their facilities and have requested cancellation of my membership on multiple occasions, and have written confirmation that no further billing would take place. I am attempting to get these fraudulent charges removed from my credit card, and pursue civil penalties against the company for harassing me by making it impossible to cancel my membership, despite repeated attempts, and constantly trying to charge my card for services that I am no longer using and no longer want.I have filed multiple support tickets requesting cancellation of my membership:#******** #******** #******** #******** Among others. I received written confirmation that my membership was finally cancelled:"YourWeWorkAll Access Plus membership plan is canceled andweare internally working to waive your December invoice which is outstanding. you will not be charged going forward as your membership is canceled."Still, they charged me $323.92 today, and will likely continue to do so unless there is 3rd party intervention

      I had a 3 month agreement from January 1, 2022 to March 31, 2022 for all access paying their promo fee of $199.00. The agreement is signed and dated.In February 2022, I tried to cancel this agreement, but I was not allowed to (the reason I did not need the space any longer and the bad experience I had with one of their building facilities where I got stuck in their elevator by myself on a Saturday for 30 plus minutes.I only used their space total of 3x in 3 months I agreed to keep my commitment for 3 months, and MADE SURE THEY CANCELLED ON MARCH 31, 2022 HOWEVER ON APRIL 1, 2022 THEY BILLED MY ACCOUNT FOR $299. WITHOUT A SIGNED AGREEMENT I contacted the support team numerous times, finally they responded and this is what they emailed:Your support request ******** has been updated, please see below. Simply reply to this email to update the support request.Hi ******,This is ***** from WeWork Global Support, we appreciate your time and I am happy to help!I apologize for the inconvenience that you encountered while dealing with this cancellation request. All things you have provided are all documented and with that said, now that I confirm your membership was canceled, I can assure you that no more payment will happen onwards.And regarding the billing concern, the March payment will be refunded and the April invoice will be removed. The billing department will communicate with you directly. I will make sure this will be prioritize We appreciate your patience and understanding!Thank you,***** The WeWork Support team However, today APRIL 2, 2022 this is the email I received from their billing department:Hi *******************************!,We are notifying you that we have requested $299.00 from your bank account for the month of April at WeWork You are receiving this email because you have submitted a Support Request to WeWork.WeWork HQ, **************************************************** ********************************
