      - I paid for a month-to-month membership at the office company, WeWork.- I wanted to cancel my membership and no longer be billed by them. The only way to cancel the membership was by phone, which I did multiple times, I received multiple support tickets that confirmed cancellation of my membership and have written confirmation that my card would no longer be charged.- Despite this they continue to charge my credit card, most recently today, December 27th, 2023 for the amount of $323.92 - These are fraudulent charges as I am not using their facilities and have requested cancellation of my membership on multiple occasions, and have written confirmation that no further billing would take place. I am attempting to get these fraudulent charges removed from my credit card, and pursue civil penalties against the company for harassing me by making it impossible to cancel my membership, despite repeated attempts, and constantly trying to charge my card for services that I am no longer using and no longer want.I have filed multiple support tickets requesting cancellation of my membership:#******** #******** #******** #******** Among others. I received written confirmation that my membership was finally cancelled:"YourWeWorkAll Access Plus membership plan is canceled andweare internally working to waive your December invoice which is outstanding. you will not be charged going forward as your membership is canceled."Still, they charged me $323.92 today, and will likely continue to do so unless there is 3rd party intervention

Wework failed to provide me with the 15% promotion offer off the $299 monthly rate for 6 months of its All Access membership for new clients, which is redeemable between June 1, 2023 through October 3, 2023. I become a new client on June 30, 2023, after visiting 4 ***** locations and being quoted the 15% promotion by all community managers and the Wework website. On July 2, 2023, my credit card was billed with a duplicate charge and the 15% promotion was not applied. I called customer service and created support tickets on July 3, 2023, and days later spoke to the community managers about the incorrect billing. Subsequently Wework only reversed the duplicate credit card charge, but did not honor the 15% promotion for new clients. I continued to contact customer support to no avail. In addition, on July 3, 2023, when I tried to book a desk in 2 separate locations in ************ the app was not working and I was unable to reserve a desk. (There were no community managers working in those facilities on July 3, 2023). I asked Wework to refund me for 1 day I was unable to use the facilities and so far my the refund has not been applied to my account.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by The We Company regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I was contacted via email by Wework on August 13, 2023.  The company agreed to provide a 15% promotion discount to my account for ***** ************* August and asked me to amend my contract for the months going forward so the 15% promotion discount could be applied.  However, because Wework announced in August 2023 its ability to continue as an ongoing concern, I declined to accept Wework's offer to amend my membership. Instead, I decided to end my membership effective August 31, 2023, and submitted the appropriate form Wework asked me to complete.  I am waiting to make sure Wework does indeed end my membership and does not bill my credit card for September 2023.

I signed up for WeWork All Access during their black Friday event. I was supposed to get the first month (remainder of November) free and the next three months half off. But they eventually charged me full price despite what I signed up for and saw before submitting my order.

The WeWork ********** location we contracted with closed. It affected our outreach to our Episcopal congregations in the *********** area. When signing the contract, no one told or informed us that this location was closing. When they made the decision, they did not consult us to explore the impact that this decision would have on our office and our consumers. Our office was packed and stored on another floor in the same building. We were asked to choose another location we wanted to move to. WeWork is not willing to reimburse us for our expenses in producing materials with this address. We want to terminate our contract with them so that we can rent another location in this same area.

Thank you for getting back. I first knew about their closing of this location on 11/20/2022.

After receiving confirmation that my monthly membership was canceled, the WeWork company has continued to **** me for two months. They have not responded to my requests to processing a refund, and exhibit phony customer support processes, while acknowledging they are misbilling me nut not taking action to fix the problem. In addition to my refund of false charges ($500), I would request (if possible) that the company's customer support ethics be evaluated and changed accordingly.

I signed a contract for a six-month commitment and WeWork is charging me for seven months. Their contract and policies are unclear to the point that they are deceptive, in my opinion.I have complained to the company and asked them to waive the seventh-month fee of $990. They denied my request.
