      This company was delusional at best. When I told them that there are multiple bots on the website and I want my refund. They didn't believe me, so I have to go to my bank provide them proof. Most bots redirect you to their instagram page, these bots have a similar follower. All of their followers are in Arabic name. There were also many underage ladies on there. They used business tactic by provide them 1 month free to stay on the website. This is human trafficking, why not just let people chat for free if they match. A lot of questionable thing on their website, including you cannot remove you debit/credit card unless they let you to do so. You can't not end your subscription early to avoid auto renew and use your service until the end of the trial. Which mean, I do receive the full benefit whatsoever. This website need to be redesign so it has same functionality like popular dating app. This site is not safe.

      I paid for a 1 month subscription, but after 1 week of usage they have disabled my service because I did not have auto renewal on. I have auto do not want auto renewal on for a month to month service. Why should I keep it on? If by the end of my service date and I didn't renew than my service is cancelled. Why should I have to go on the day before my service ends to cancel? I PAID for 1 months service, I should be able to use my service without you guys forcing me to go on auto renewals. I paid in FULL for 1 months of service, you guys either give me that service back or refund me. Don't make people opt into auto renewal so you guys can hope to get another months out of people. Reactive my service or refund me.

       They didn't refund me and they still took my messaging privileges away because I didn't want to subscribe to auto pay so they made my account like I was a non paying member.

      As mentioned in the previous response, the customer's issue was addressed and resolved in a timely manner. The refund has been processed although we do not have a refund policy and subscription services reinstated, but he kept canceling his membership which cannot be controlled on our end!

      I subscribed to a 3-month East Meet East service on July 5, 2021. By October 5, 2021, East Meet East renewed my subscription automatically for another 3 months without my permission. First, East Meet East didn't offer an option for customers to choose between automatic renewal and manual renewal. This forced bundling doesn't give any choice to customers. Second, East Meet East didn't send me any renewal notice reminder, which is not a good business practice at all. I respectfully request East Meet East to refund the unauthorized 3-month service subscription of $83.97. If my request is not being met by December 31, 2021, I reserve my right to escalate this complaint to *** ********** of ******** Affairs and *** ******** of ******** Protection.
