Terrible casino. You may win once but once you withdrawal, like most online casinos, they penalize you for it and youll never win again. Ive spent $100 today and have not even gotten up by more than $1. Thats crazy! They definitely monitor your account and phone and their games are definitely rigged. Play any casino besides theirs. I have tried for a year to get FanDuel to delete one of my 2 accounts. Not only did I send all my ids and information, I told them it was because the email on the account had be hacked and was sold to the dark web. The bank cards on file were destroyed and the bank account closed last year. They keep emailing me to send a picture of the bank cards. FanDuel is the most incompetent group of techs I have ever dealt with. All my id records prove who I am. I am not trying to bet, I just wanted to close the account. Now my other account is locked and I have no idea what bank card is there so now I am locked out of FanDuel permanently. I give up. I am going to ********** to bet. FanDuel lost my business and my respect!

Made hundreds of bets with no issues... Then they settled one of my bets instead of paying out what they were supposed to. When contacted, they said I did it! They would not address the issue!

I signed up for FanDuel just for the bet $5 win $200 promotion. I signed up deposited $10 places a $5 bet and won the $200 bonus bet. From the $200 bonus I ended up winning around $121 from cashing out early on a winning bet. When I tried to withdraw the winnings they suspended my account for no reason at all. Now I am out of the money I deposited and the winnings because they wont allow me to make any withdrawals or even access my account at all so all the money is gone. These people are thieves my account was completely fine when I deposited money but as soon as I try to withdraw money they suspend my account without any reason at all. Dont trust them.

This organization doesn't address fraud. I have tried multiple times to get a fraudulent account in my name deleted. They will not contact me and won't address my concerns. This is not an organization that anyone should do business with.

Worst Experience Ever Im so frustrated with them they get me so mad. Listen to this Im on a Deposit limit for $400 a month Im fine with it.
