      Excellently company, they delivered exactly as promised, even better than promised to be honest. My dealings with them were up-front, straight forward, simple, and honest. A very reputable company in my opinion as a consumer.

      I bought a phone from BackMarket on 10/17/23. I received the phone & after about 3 months, it started powering off & on randomly. It had a 1yr warranty, but I didnt realize that I had to send it in 1st. I didnt have another phone to use while I sent that one back, so it took me some time to be able to buy another one so that I wouldnt be w/o a phone. I finally sent my phone back on 6/24/24 using their label. I wiped all of my info off the ****** packaged it up carefully w/ addl bubble wrap. I recvd a text in the app 2days later stating they recvd an empty box, asking if I forgot to put the phone in it. Thankfully, I packed the box at my ********* all on video even when *** came & picked bc they make regular, daily, drop ************** from us bc were a popular retail store. I sent them all of the video. Despite this, they (multiple CSV reps) continued to ask for a document that I shouldve rcvd when I handed over the package. I continued to refer to the video explaining that I didnt take it to a shipping ************* never have any problems w/ shipping items from my store. Back & forth communications have been going on for 2wks now. I have asked on multiple occasions for a mgr to call me, but nothing. I woke up this morning & all of a sudden, I have an email from ** stating that fraud has been suspected on my ** ********* has been suspended. So now, I have zero access to my acct to be able to ref my ord, the conversations Ive had with them. EVERYTHING is in the ** app. At this point, I feel that BackMarket is a scam. They have taken my money, someone has my ****** *** am not being compensated despite doing my due diligence in trying to simply get a phone repaired that I had for less than a!year & started showing issues within a few months of purchase. There isnt a number for me to call. Everything has to be communicated through the app (which I no longer have access to) or this email that I received this morning regarding the suspected fraud.

      My device arrived in a timely manner and well packaged. It is in great working condition . I have only had my device a few days but so far I am very satisfied with it .i will be buying more devices from **********************.

      Easy ordering process. The Chromebook I ordered was marked as fair condition however when I received it it looks and functions like new. Packaged very well and fast shipping. Will definitely use this company again!

      Overall very happy with the computer purchase because it was as described (fair condition) and the quick shipping time. Back market also offered a student discount! would definitely recommend to a friend/family.

      I love my galaxy note 20 couldn't ask for a better site got mime for half the price and it came on time and in good packaging thank you so much back market will be shopping from there again

      Bad customer service,I ordered a phone from ********************** and it came when it was supposed to come on time. I noticed there were some issues with the phone and called back market to try and get the issue resolved. I wanted to either return the product for a refund or trade it in for another one. The first agent I spoke with was not very useful at all, she pretty much blew me off. They said they would email me with further instructions instead of handling my issue right then and there. So a week later , i noticed i didn't hear from them. Mind you, i check my email everyday. There was nothing sent to me from them at that time. So I decided to call them back to try and speak with a supervisor. The agent got very loud and was pretty unprofessional and rude. He was yelling and being quite irate after I requested to speak with a supervisor. (which I never did speak too) The agent refused to allow me to speak with his supervisor.Throughout the entire interaction with me ,he continued to be impatient and rude. Then it was decided that i would send my phone back for a refund, but I don't even trust them to refund me back the money I paid for the device. His behavior seemed quite unreasonable and suspicious to me,It is very unprofessional to yell at and raise your voice to a customer especially when the customer is NOT doing that to you. He kept going on and on about how he could help me and how he wasn't the other agent, even though he was the one assisting me. even when i didn't ask about the supervisor anymore and he appeared to take it personal .Seriously? Why would any company associate react in such a manner to a customer who is requesting assistance from a supervisor. How unprofessional and rude.Please do better Back market.
