Received this product on, 10/3 but, didnt return till10/6. That day, opened box, tried product & realized, when nothing happened, defective! Asked, to return it, in order to get refunded but, after several communications, all I got was, No need to send it back.Customer response

I had a subscription service with online razor company ************ website. The quality of the replacement razors started not to be of same good quality so I followed directions and cancelled my subscription online. I received email 2 months later another order was on its way but I cancelled called to cancel this time. Again I receive another email today another order is on the way and again Im charged again. They state they cancel the subscription every time but activate it again charge me and mail again. This is a ridiculous scam and Im tired of dealing with this incompetent company trying to cancel my subscription and need your help after numerous attempts to cancel since April 2022. I have documentation of all emails sent to cancel but no way to show when I called. Please do something to assist. First time ever writing ********Business response

I have tried to contact Billie at least 3 times in the last couple of months. I never receive a response and they dont provide a phone number to call. I have more than enough razors than I need so I have tried to log in to adjust my subscription. None of my known email addresses are registered so its impossible for me to login yet they keep sending me razors and charging me every month. I let them know in my last email if they didnt respond and help me resolve this, I would report this to the BBB. They dont seem to care as I have never received an email response from them after multiple attempts.
