    My order was sent to the wrong address and absolutely no customer service was extended to help me. Im now out $60 and no product! No thank you to Editors Pick!

    I ordered a skincare product and without my consent or knowledge, it was put on a monthly subscription. When I received notification that I was charged and the item was shipping, there was no way to stop the order. I sent emails and left phone messages with no response. I finally delved deeply into the website to find out how I could cancel the subscription. Very poor customer service!

    I regretfully purchased what was supposed to be Image ************** Cleanser. I have been using this product for years but never purchased from Editors Pick.The product looks just like what it has in the past however it is not the same product. It is thick like a body cream, the color is not the normal yellow color and it does not have the usual orange citrus ******** is a Knock-off product. There is no way to reach Editors Pick. I will only purchase through ************** in the future.Fake products - Do not buy from Editors Pick.

    I ordered a shampoo and two "tubes" of conditioner....OK so far so good...When my order arrived ONE of the tubes had a crack in it and oozed all over the shipment...no so good...I contacted the business and sent a pic of the oozing bottle...OK...got a reply that they were sorry..THEN, I got ANOTHER TWO TUBES yesterday...I thought maybe of getting ONE to replace the cracked one, but there was an INVOICE for TWO TUBES of the conditioner...WHAAAAAT???I do NOT want to pay for TWO MORE TUBES!!!! RIDICULOUS!!!

    I bought a ****** and Bumble shampoo from Editor's Pick website. Upon receiving it, I realized that it looked old due to the yellowing of the bottle. So I called ****** and ****** company so they could look up the batch number. They informed me that the batch was very expired. They also informed me that Editor's Pick Is not certified to be selling their products. They informed me that when companies sell their products without approval, those products could be filled with anything and there's no Knowing if it's the real Bumble and Bumble product or not.I contacted Editor's Pick And asked for a refund. The response from a real person (Not their automated email) Was delayed by about a week. After sharing my concerns, they sent me a return label so that I could ship it back and they could review it. I had to email them to let them know that I received confirmation that the package was delivered a week prior and was wondering if I could get refund. It took them 7 days to respond after I emailed them again asking for immediate correspondence. They refunded me fully, *************, all in all, their customer service lacks and timeliness, but they did refund me. The main concern is that they are selling products they're not certified to sell, and they're selling expired products which could be toxic to People's Health. This really should be looked into.
