    I bought jewelry from **************************. I have called them numerous times, emailed and messaged through ********. I have yet to get any response whatsoever. I need the address to return it for my refund and cant get this information. Thank you.

    In trust I have bought 4 of their products, Nowhere on the site it was stated that the products will be shipped from *****, I thought that they where sent from the country from where purchased. I found out that they are in *****, When I contacted the post I found out that they never received the tracking number that I was provided.On the "company" tracking site it showed that is sitting to be picked up by whom. Because the post doesn't even know that they have to pick up anything.I am very inclined to think that this is a scam.The order number is ***********

    On 10 three I placed two separate orders online with Noshi jewelry for a total of 12 charms, and it came with two complementary bracelets on 10 eight I received a shipping email 10/15 I started emailing the company I submitted a ticket through their website to figure out where it was because I felt like this an excessive amount of time and that I should have this already , 10/16 supposedly bracelet was delivered to my mailbox- i did not get it.. (I contacted the *********** to see if it possibly even put in the wrong box or if they had any knowledge of it but unfortunately there is no specific carrier for my address. Its just whoever is available.) since 10/15 I have been going back-and-forth with the company trying to get resolution for me not receiving my bracelet. They are refusing to issue any refund saying that they are not responsible for it because it shows that it was delivered. They told me that I needed to file a claim online which I did, but I feel theyre being very rigid and dealing with this and not offering me very much help they did offer to re-ship the items but at this point its already past Halloween or about to be and all the charms I ordered were for Halloween, so theyre completely pointless theyre not offering me an option to pick different charms or anything else. The most still offer is that they re-ship it and honestly since I didnt get the first one I dont particularly trust them to re-ship anything

    I placed an order on 12/16 and it was suppose to ship on 12/17 and it has not I have tried to call, chat and email and they are not responding . I want my order canceled immediately and a refund back to my card . The order number is ********* .

    I purchased jewelry from this company. 5 orders totaling $299.85. The jewelry was not silver and the bracelets arrived broken. I called what was a fake phone number. I emailed asking where to return. No information was given. Only buy something else for 40% off. This company is a scam. And they won't refund your money even tho they say 60 day hassle free returns. Where do we return. They won't give you an address. Why would I want to buy anything else when they are sending you cheap garbage that falls apart instantly. I have disputed with my bank. They want this junk appraised. It's worth nothing. All I want is a refund because I fell for a scam. I'm considering hiring a lawyer to *** them for fraud. Theft by deception. As of now. Thousands of customers are trying to get their money back. How do we get them closed down. I should have just flushed my money. I'm so heart broken over this. Even trust pilot stated the company pays for good reviews and removes the negative reviews. Another disceptive tactic. Please help me recover my money and shut this company down. There is no new *********** as they claim. They are guilty of fraud.

    I ordered from this company on August 5th and to this day I havent received my order because they shipped it too an address in ********. Its not where I live. They told me that is the address that was in the invoice which was a lie. I sent the original invoice with the address in ******* and then they blocked me from contacting them. I asked them nicely to send my money back or the merchandise but they refuse. It was shipped to US Elogistics who ever that is. I just want my money of $53 and change to be sent back to me. This company is a scam.

    I have ordered a gnoce bracelet for my daughter, I did receive it but the item was to small, I did contact gnoce ans did ask them if I can exchange it for a bigger size they told meSince the process is complicated and takes a longer time, I suggest that you keep the bracelet. As compensation, you only need to pay 37 (USD), I am not paying more money to these people, I just want to return it. I have contact through email again and didn't respond, tried calling phone keeps on disconnecting me, there is no way to get in touch with these people. I spent a good amount of money on this product and there policy **** offer an easy, hassle-free 60-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 60 days of the delivery date. If that was the case then I would be able to return this item, but they will not provide any information on where to send it back, so which means I cannot send it back or get any type of refund back to me. This is unacceptable, how in the world as these people in business, when you can't even contact them. I want a full refund, I see what other people are going through with this company, it's awful. Please they are not responding and there is no way of getting in touch with this company, they should not be allowed to sell when they can't provide and stand by there policy. What company doesn't give a return address on where to send the product back to. Something is really wrong with this picture. Please I need help with this.
