I preordered a Murder She Wrote Phunny in July 2023. I wasnt given a release/ ship date, but the money was immediately withdrawn from my account. I have contacted them three different times, only to never be given a definite date for this item to be shipped, and to be told I couldnt receive a refund or cancel the order. It is now 7 months later, and I STILL havent received anything. They basically stole my money. I had thought this was a reputable company, beings as they are sold at Target and other big retailers. However, I strongly advise anyone against buying anything from them. Customer service is nonexistent and you will lose your money and not receive your product. My next step will be to file a fraudulent claim with the bank.

This company exists to scam you out of your money. They have interest in customer service and do not respond to inquiries nor allow returns/cancellations/exchanges of any kind, even when they send a cheap alternate item instead of the item you order.

If I could give less than a 1 star rating I would. I pre-ordered a Coraline doll with Kidrobot on October 01, 2023. I was given a ship date of October-December. I emailed several times because my account was not showing any updates. I have never gotten a preorder date for anything with such a broad range. I inquired about updates by email on 10/18/2023 and was given a very generic response that the date for shipping is Oct -Dec and was directed to the website and my account for updates. There were none and have not been any. I inquired again on 11/29/2023 and received the same answer. I inquired today on 12/12 about updates because it was originally ordered in September as a Christmas gift. Today I was told that the ship date has been updated to Q1 **** (Jan - Mar). I have started a dispute through PayPal because they took my money back in September. The doll was originally $59.99; I was also charged $9.99 VA STATE TAX, $2.58 VA COUNTY TAX, some random $0.60 that just says Total, for a total charge of $73.16 and I still have no product. I will NEVER order from them again.

Scam. Ordered in April, never received my item. You can't even dispute it on the credit card bc they list the items as pre-order so when it doesn't show up after the 60 day dispute period you have no recourse. They don't respond to messages/ emails.

Horrible scam of a company. We still have not received an order we place in July (it is now November). I would never buy from this company. They charge your card & never send your order. I have contacted them many times via their help & customer service email but no response.

If I could leave zero stars I would!! Tried to track the package and it says **** is currently awaiting package. They havent dropped the package off to the post office or anything. They dont reply to emails just some dumb automated email. Been messaging them for almost a week. I was been suppose to get this package for my little sisters birthday gift. I should have looked for reviews about the company before I spent all this money on these gifts.

I was a long long time customer. I bought a preorder Comic Con exclusive back in July 2022. They charged my credit card RIGHT AWAY. Item wasnt available yet and didnt ship out until mid December) Kidrobot ended up sending me the wrong item. I emailed them right away about the mistake and sent a picture of the item that was sent. I was ignored. I took in consideration that it was near the holidays and they were busy. I gave them time to respond and sent multiple emails. I even sent them an Instagram message. Still ignored. I finally got a response when I tried to file a claim through PayPal. (I used my credit card through PayPal to purchase) Paypal denied my claim without review, because my days to file a claim expired since I purchased the item back in July. I went directly to my credit card company then and thank goodness they listened about my situation (preorder didnt ship until December). I got my money back finally after my case was reviewed but Im never buying from them again. Blatant disregard, lack of customer service, and taking my hard earned money to send me something I didnt order. (I havent even gotten an email with a prepaid label to send back the ugly item they sent me. Wheres the folllow up?)

No word from kidrobot after messaging them 2 weeks after I ordered my item on November 24th. Don't ever order from them.

Ordered an item which was lost in shipping, called ***** to try to sort it out after KR instructed to do so. ***** stated that it was on KR to confirm the address, I made them aware of this and asked them to do so. They stated that they have done so and I have waited several days and checked with ***** again to discover they had in fact not confirmed the address leaving my shipment stuck for even longer, much less assuring me that it was done originally.Do not order from these people.

Dishonest company! 2 months and no delivery. I'm happy I bought with ****** because I got my money back and I will let everyone know to beware of this company that lies about orders being delivered here on bbb. They just take your money and give you the run around and hope you forget and they keep your money.
