I placed an order on May 13, 2023. I have not received my order. The item showed as delivered to a mailbox, but it was not. I would like a refund of my payment of $40.94, as these items were never received. The company reached out after letting them know what the issue was. I received several responses back and forth stating the same thin, We know this is really frustrating but we are still waiting for the feedback from our shipping partner. I already made a second follow-up on this and I will surely let you know as soon as we hear back from them. However, with no update whatsoever. They agreed to reship the product on August 12 promising to update me, but again no update on that. They then closed my ticket. I just want my money back. My order number was #******Business response

I purchased from this company through Instagram (their 3rd party) on May 7, the company promotes on their page next day shipping. I contacted the merchant multiples times as I didnt receive the package until 5/17 (which I requested the order be cancelled due to the delay). When I received the package it was completely destroyed outside and inside. The package has been opened/crushed and it looks horrendous. I reached out via email multiples times requesting a refund where the merchant never responds. Multiples customers are on the merchants social media accounts requesting responses back to their emails. I would like my money refunded, I will not be paying for shipping to return a defective, damaged, late item.Initial Complaint
