I purchased the item 3/1/2025 for $64.25. I received the tracking the next day. I checked back a few days later my package just sitting waiting to be picked up. A week goes by I. checked the status I see a notification on **** website stating weather delays so I let it go again. Another week go by I'm getting annoyed, but this guy text me and said my item was delayed and apologized. He ask did I want a 10% refund and ship or full refund. I opted for the first one and received back 5 bucks thinking they were trying to clean up this mess. Its been over a week and now I can't get the guy to respond anymore. I really wanted my item. I've shopped with them in the past and had no issue. Please help.Customer Answer

My original order, placed on 3/1, was processed and scheduled to ship on 3/4. The tracking number indictated that shipping had an issue and product was lost. After reaching out on 3/10, customer service repsonded with a replacement order with a 10% refund placed on 3/13. I expected a similar processing timeline, however, after 3 follow up emails between 3/13-3/26, I have not heard form customer service with an update regarding a updated tracking number or shipment. The company does not have a telephone that is working to call so I have attempted to reach via email with no reply.Customer Answer

Purchased 2 items from site totaling about $150 with ************ of the items I purchased was a pair of ******* leggings for my wife. Upon arrival she realized that they were transparent and could not be worn in public, which is what she wanted it for. I wanted to return the item for either refund or store credit, I was amenable to either. I contacted Pro Standard 6 times.All via email as it is the only option they offer. I purchased a hoodie on December 5, 2024. The package arrived on December 19, 2025. I contacted customer support for the first time on December 25, 2024, regarding an exchange. I reached out again on January 9, 2025. I finally received a response on January 9, 2025. I asked for store credit on January 10, 2025, as my account was no longer active at the bank the card was associated with. **************** confirmed I would get store credit on January 10, 2025. I reached out several different times to inquire about my credit (01/20/2025, 01/31/2025, 02/14/2025, 02/18/2025, and 03/02/2025). The store issued a refund that I can't get due to the inactive bank account. The merchant shouldn't promise something they have no intentions of delivering on. I have yet to receive a response from them on their mistake. I expect to receive store credit for the item I purchased originally so I can buy the correct size. **************** is paramount. The quality is great but I won't purchase from you again because of your lack of commitment to the customer.Initial Complaint

Placed a order with the company Feb 6th but I changed my mind and asked them to cancel my order but I am being told they cannot cancel the order because it has shipped but when you go to ******* and enter the tracking number it says *** does not have possession yet which means it has not shipped only a label created so once again I contacted them and asked them to cancel and refund and they still refuse even though still not shipped. At this time, I have been contacted directly by Pro Standard regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
The company responded to my email but they did nothing to help resolve the issue, I ended up sending the item back but I had to pay to send it back plus they did not refund the shipping cost that it cost to send the item to me. If the company had just canceled the order like I requested I wouldnt have had to pay these cost. So it cost me about $30 just to have an item sent to me and sent back that should have never been sent in the first place. Im very disappointed with this whole transaction, and the company did nothing to help resolve it!

Ordered 11/23/2024 Received 12/6/2024 Returned 01/04/2025 Total Value: $180 I ordered two sweaters for Christmas gifts, and due to them not being the right size, returned them with the hopes of having them exchanged. Their website states, all returns must be sent back within 30 days of receipt of item(s). Because I was in this window, I returned the items with hopes of buying new ones when I was refunded. I had to pay for return shipping, and still am yet to receive a refund or even hear back from this company despite several emails. They have kept the sweaters, and I am out $180 total. I noticed on ****** that their reviews are abysmal and many people are complaining about ************ from this company.
