              I ordered a personalized family tree from them as a Christmas present for my grandmother. It arrived with being poorly made and the green paint was all messed up. It was missing in so many spots. They claimed they would resend it and it would be good if I just give them a chance to fix the mistake. The new one comes, its even worse than the first one. I cant consciously give my grandmother this eye sore. They have POOR customer service. Want to charge 30% as a restock fee to return the order ontop of them already charging an extra $7 when I placed my order that it did not give me the option to remove because it doesnt tell you about the charge until after you place the order. When I sent photo proof of the second paint being half done, they claim to see nothing wrong with the item DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS.
