    My purchase experience with SpoiledChild went very well. I ordered a subscription on an auto-refill basis and received the first bottle in 2 days. It was well boxed, and I got a shot glass so I don't need to measure 1 or 2 Tbsp, plus a nice conditioning lip balm. I was also able to adjust when I want my next bottle to ship. I like the flavor of the product, too. So far, so good!

    Do not buy any of their products. They will charge you even if you have cancelled. They will send you the product and charge your account and then you have to return it. What a load of c*** They are not transparent about how they bill you. I am sorry I ever ordered anything from them.

    Absolute nightmare of a company! It is not accredited by the BBB, nor does it have a **************** phone number where you can speak to anyone directly! Do not buy anything from this company they will not refund you. They will not work with you nothing they keep charging your card after youve asked several times to be removed. Its the worst company *** ever dealt with as far as ****************. I cant believe theyre even allowed to have a website and then how theyre getting celebrities to back their product. I have no idea they ought to be ashamed of ourselves. Im telling you Im warning you do not buy anything from spoiled child Incorporated unless you just love being charged for stuff that you didnt order

    The EMPLOYEES at this place are corrupt!!! BE CAREFUL!!! I made a simple mistake from my original email and the person that works for SPOILED CHILD looked for other emails so that she can create an account for me when I have proof that I never created. Solely just to prove her point. I explained that I don't have the money because I am poor. She didn't care and said sorry you have to pay for it anyway and mailed it out after March I originally placed the order on March 26, 2025, and it was supposed to be delivered to me 7 to 14 days. Guess what People?? It was delivered to the old address April 4!!! How wrong is this?!!! I am filing a small claims court and I have mailed a letter to the corporate office. I pray that God helps people who need him.

    Deceptive ordering practices; purchased something online for a trial period, with the option to return. Only supposed to be charged for shipping which was 5.95. Instead, my card was charged a "hold" of $157.00. I didn't agree to ******* bank flagged it as "fraud" and declined it, and I also declined it, causing my card to be cancelled. I now get the pleasure of waiting 10 days to receive a new ******* idea if the product is good or not, as based on this experience, I'll be returning it when it arrives and never doing business with this company again.
