On December 10th, 2021 I ordered two lounge fly purses, two key card holders, and a clutch purse for $63.49 from Loungeflyonline.shop. I used Paypal to pay for the order the items. I received a confirmation e-mail on December 10, 2021 that stated they received my order and would send a tracking number as soon as the items are sent. I also received an e-mail from Paypal that same day that the money had been sent. It is now July and I still have yet to receive my items or a refund for my purchases. I have been unable to contact the company, as the website claims I have not ordered from them. My bank account states otherwise as do the two e-mails I have one from the company and one from Paypal. I have tried submitting a claim with Paypal and they have denied my claim. If this e-mail serves no other purpose but to warn others of this fraudulent company that does not honor their customers and send what they order, than so be it. But I would just like to receive my money back.The company letterhead states astonvv.online, order # *********. Paypal information; transaction ID: *****************, Merchant Topshop Co.Ltd, Submitted on bank statement as PAYPAL ************, payment sent to **************************** Invoice ID: ********* Thank you for any help you can give ***********************Customer response

Around the first of November I ordered two pairs of boots from Topshop CO.Ltd. I went through ****** and the money was removed from my checking account on November 6, 2021. I was under the impression that I would receive both pairs before Christmas which was almost 7 weeks. I have not received any boots nor any other correspondence from that company. I have tried to contact Topshop but received the message that I had not ordered anything from them. I contacted ****** and filed a complaint with them.
