      I ordered a wig on May 23rd, 2024, order#*****. I never received a confirmation email or anything. Ive called the number provided 3 times and sent about 4 emails. Ive never received a response. I spent $129.00 dollars for this product.

      On May 13, 2024, I placed an order for a unit - Wet and Wavy Undetectable Invisible 13X4 Lace glueless 180% Density Wig, totaling $219.00. The order number is ************. I placed the order through ******** and used afterpay and paid the required down payment to afterpay for the merchandise. Since placing the order, I have not received an email confirming the order and have not received the merchandise. The website says shipping is typically 3-5 business days and you will receive a confirmation email that they have recieved your order and an email that it has been shipped. I have received neither. I have tried to reach the merchant through every contact they have listed. I have used whatsapp, ******** messenger, email and called the phone number on the website numerous times. The number listed was a non-working number, but as of today it is working and I left a voice message. I would just like to either receive the merchandise I ordered or a refund to my afterpay account. I am paying for a product now that I do not have and it is affecting my credit, since I will no longer make payments for something that I don't have. I can not afford to give away money for free.

      I purchased a wig that was one amount of ***** on 5/4/24 after the purchase I noticed my card had been charged 178. I tried contacting the company with no response. I also never received a confirmation email or text no tracking information.

      I ordered a wig from this company that was being advertised both on ******** and ******* and I never received my merchandise or a confirmation email period I tried to contact them by emailing them and calling them an. I receive nothing. This company is a total and complete scam. No tracking number, no delivery date. Nobody to talk to to find out where my merchandise is. Or my money to get A. Refund?. My Account on their website doesn't exist. Only my bank account has proof that I paid for the wig. I was foolish to trust ******** and ******* advertising their unprofessional behavior.       The Company Uolova took my money for $298.00 they never sent my wig items I purchased from them, each time I emailed them about my order status it says still processing since February 19, ********************************************* 5 to 7 business days I never got my orders from Uolova I want my money back ,I never got my order from them. Uolova never responded to any of my voice messages about my order and they never responded back to my latest email I want my money back from this company . I would like for BBB to help me get my money back from this company they have 2 addresses one in ******** and other is *****, they have 2 emails I wrote to them both no response back from them. Thank you!

      I am writing to address a concerning issue regarding my recent purchase from Uolova. On January 3, 2024, I placed an order for Wet and Wavy Undetectable Invisible 13X4 Lace Glueless 180% Density Wig-26 through their online store with Order #*****. This hair was advertised through TikTok. However, I have not received any communication or update regarding the status of my order, nor have I received the product itself. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to your customer service department via email and phone calls (seems to be a ****** voice number), I have not received any response or assistance in resolving this matter. It is incredibly frustrating and disappointing to be left in the dark about the status of my order and to be ignored when seeking clarification or a resolution. As a customer, I expect transparency and effective communication when dealing with purchases and transactions. The lack of communication and non-delivery of the product not only reflects poorly on your company's customer service but also breaches the trust and satisfaction of their customers.

      ORDER NUMBER: ***** - Purchased Dec 3, 2023, took 14 days to ship when on their site/order indicates 3 to 5 business days. Received on December 26, 2023. On Jan 3, 2024 mailed returned item to vendor. The item was returned to me on February 7, 2024, unable to deliver. I emailed the merchant on Feb 9, 2024 and Feb 26, 2024 about the returned item and refund. An auto reply message is returned someone will get back to you within 48 hours.Sent to address under Returns on website. **************************************************** would like a a refund for the item of ****** and return shipping of *****.

      ***** - order number 01/24/2024 - order date I ordered a wig that was 26 inches long. The wig I received was 18 inches long. I took pictures with a measuring tape, showing them the length, but they will not contact me back. I've emailed them, called, and even left a message on IG, but they will not respond.
