      I bought a Chanel wallet from them. I was not aware of their buyer protection policy. The bag was marked delivered but I never received it. They asked for my ID, a written statement, and etc. I provided all the info and they asked for 7 days for investigation. Must be a joke on their end. No follow up emails from them until I messaged on the last day. They came back and said there's nothing they can do. There was no insurance on the expensive item and no tracking proof that it was delivered. DO NOT SHOP FROM THIS SITE. Horrible customer service and policy.

      Vestiaire charged me more than what was shown at checkout. They also have the worst customer service ever. The live chat isn't really a live chat. It can take them over a day or perhaps even two to respond if they don't feel like responding to your inquiry. And emails? Lol. Forget about those.Then when they finally respond to their "live chat", they don't answer your question. I thought about taking an Advil before messaging them because I've had the displeasure of dealing with their CS before.I just wanted a partial refund (of the difference) for an order I placed because I used a coupon code that applied successfully before checkout and then it suddenly wasn't applied after checkout when all the conditions were met. They essentially charged me more than what was shown prior to checkout and that isn't right (see screenshots of the before checkout and order confirmation email).Any legit company would be happy to refund for a technical issue like this. But with Vestiaire, it is "sorry about this, you will be notified when there is another coupon available for a future purchase" with no further explanation or resolution to the current issue.Then when I pressed further, they said "let me research this", then "I'm sorry you want to cancel the order". Even though I never said I wanted the order canceled (I had been looking for this item for a long time). Then they said the code didn't apply because it doesn't apply to my country (U.S.). Okay, then why did it work then? It was mentioned nowhere that it doesn't work in the U.S. and it was advertised right on the home page.They also recently deleted their ********* account probably because there were too many complaints on there, thereby silencing the voices of customers and sellers. And they also remove Instagram comments.I'm just upset that their service is so bad when their selection of goods is one of the best out there. It's a real shame they won't do anything about it!

      TL;DR: I was a victim of credit card fraud and Vestiaire Collective treated ME like a criminal. I was a victim of credit card fraud three weeks ago while traveling out of state on my business credit card. Upon realizing the fraud charges, which included two successful and/or attempted purchases from Vestiaire Collective (among many other merchants), I immediately contacted my credit card company/bank. The following Monday, I received an email from Vestiaire Collective informing me that my authentic account with their company had been canceled. I reached out to customer service immediately as I suspected this was related to the credit card investigation and I was correct. As a note: I only ever used my personal Amex on Vestiaire Collective; and would never use my business credit card. After exchanging several emails with Vestiaire Collective over the past few weeksincluding providing bank statements demonstrating proof of both the ongoing fraud investigation and fraudulent charges at Vestiaire Collective among several other merchants, as well as a letter from my bank informing me that Vestiaire Collective was covering the charges due to credit card fraudI was still denied access to my legitimate account.The worst part? Vestiaire Collectives customer service team claims the reason Im no longer able to access my account is because I violated their T&Cs (e.g., making fraudulent purchases and setting up multiple accounts). Can you imagine if other companies treated their customers experiencing fraud like this?!I hope they will learn from my negative experience and do better for their customers in the future. I encourage you to read reviews on BBB and across social media of other (and worse!) experiences before you consider shopping with this company.

      The company is a rip off! I initially had a problem with shipping I definitely put in correct address but after order placed and few days passed they sent update with wrong address! I received one pair of the shoes somehow although they wouldnt send others! **** received was NOT the correct size in which I notified the seller! When got a chance to call for return label they said I couldnt because of 72 hours which still should have been valid! Saturday and Sundays are NOT business hours!!! Now they saying I cant return a $600 pair of shoes!

      They do not clearly state how to identify a professional seller vs individual. As a result I made a purchase thinking the seller was professional because their profile said they were. Now Vestiaire is refusing to honor their refund policy because they claim the seller is not a professional. They purposely have deceiving practices and I would sincerely never buy from them if you dont want to be scammed.

      Do not sell anything with this company. I have been trying to get paid for a pair of gianvanito ***** sandals that were delivered on 5/16/24 to a customer. This person has said that they never received them despite the fact that *** shows proof of delivery. I have reached out to the worst customer service at least 5 times. They have nothing to say except they are looking into it. I refuse to let them steal my money. Do not even shop with them.

      A scam of a company! They are thieves. I sold two separate items (********, ********) that have both been confirmed delivered by *** and both buyers in my messages within the 72 hour time frame. After said 72 hours they will still not release my payment! **************** is a joke. They lie and make up excuses to not pay you.

      I am absolutely disgusted with the unprofessionalism and lack of customer service this business has dished out to me! I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. I sold a pair of ***** trainers that were in immaculate condition only wore 1 time, which came with the original dust bags, 2 pair of interchangeable ***** laces and the authentication cards. The original price of the sneakers were $850 initially I posted them for $650 against my better judgement i agreed to drop the price down to $560 and they sold immediately! I provided a detailed photos of the sneakers displaying the inside size, outside, front back even the soles of the sneakers. I shipped them out to the buyer and for some strange reason he said that he thought they were a different size and that they would not fit him even though the description and photos all had those details in the listing. I immediately contacted customer support because I didnt feel right about the whole situation and I asked them if they could provide me with a tracking number for my return item and from there things went south, they would take forever to respond to my chats asking whats going to happen if I dont receive my sneakers back, they told me that would reach out to the buyer and get back to me. It took forever for them to respond to my messages and when i did speak to someone the representative gave me wrong information and they couldnt Provide me with a valid tracking number for my merchandise. They dont respond to the chats and Im afraid that i was scammed by the buyer and they did nothing to ease my worries. Here it is days later and they still have no answers for me

      They are trying to pay me now 6 days after for two of my items I have sold with them stating that the payments are issued during the daytime. Upon looking at the date stamps for both items. One was at 1pm and the 2nd was at 4pm. This is not a seller friendly app. I have NEVER been paid on time. Seriously, 72 hours is a total lie. **************** absolutely uses translators and you wont receive proper help.

      I returned an LV bag to Vestiaire Collectives because it was not what it looked like in the picture displayed in Vestiaire when I decided to buy it. I returned it but they didnt refund me my payment, instead they listed it under my name and reselling it. A buyer wants to buy the bag but she cant make an offer because the instant payment under my account is not activated. They blocked the buyer for attempting to make an offer. I reached out to help center multiple times and no one has assisted me. I tried emailing them and my email cant be delivered. Now the bag is under my name for selling but buyer cant even make an offer and cant buy it. This will be the last time I will buy anything from them. Customer service is non existent and communication is poor. Look somewhere else if youre trying to buy a preloved signature purses.
