    Trash experience. They only protect the seller. Wont let you return anything for your money back even when there is disparity with the description. Trash customer service ***** trash sellers.

    **************** is terrible. They are not ready to help you, sending generic messages etc. They also provided wrong information about my sold item which lead me to sell it and then I earned less money then they informed me.After that, his colleague did nothing to help but only said I am sorry for my friend giving you false information and that was it. So be careful cause if you will have an issue with anything nobody will help you. Better dont sell your stuff on this website and go somewhere else, I had much better experience with *********

    I purchased a wool vest that was stated as being new and never worn. The website clearly states that a new item cannot be something that has been altered. The item arrived, and it had been washed and shrunk, and someone took thread and sewed down the edges on the vest. The thread was even coming undone from where it was altered. I gathered proof and even got confirmation from the original designer that somebody had altered this piece. I sent all of this information to the customer service and they asked me to ship it back to them. They then took a week to let me know that they did not approve of the return, but they will happily relist it on my account where I wont get nearly what I paid for it. Of course I cant get in touch with anybody to help me. Dont shop here unless you want to get scammed.

    I bought a ***** Marmont handbag from Tradesy before , ******* said it is authentic guarantee, then I want to sell this handbag since I didnt use much lately . I went to two different authentic place to check the bag , they are both say it is fake . Since Tradesy bought by Vestiaire Collective, I connected Vestiaire Collective ask for my log in at Tradesy , stage customer service said I cant log in Tradesy anymore , so now I have a fake bag I paid $1600 cant get refund or customer service wont help me .

    Absolutely horrible company. I'd give them a NEGATIVE 5-Star if I could. I have been a successful **** seller for over 15 years and have sold over ****** high-end items with 100% feedback and Top-Rated Seller status. I wanted to try Vestaire as a seller so I listed 2 items to test (2 brand new high-end jeans with tags. Regular price $200 and I listed for about $60) 2 days later my account gets suspended for "suspicious activity" After 3 weeks of emails they cannot be specific on the reason and refuse to reinstate my account. This is like throwing someone in jail and not telling them why. Something very fishy about this company.

    I was overcharged by over $60.00 for a handbag with significant, undocumented flaws. The customer service and support is nonexistent. DO NOT waste your money. Avoid this site. Do not ever consider purchasing here unless you enjoy being cheated.

    BUYERS BEWARE! This company sells fake purses and has fake experts. They will not tell you how they authenticate even though you can clearly see defects in the item fake experts still say its authentic! Real divas carry authentic items and we KNOW the difference!! They think we dont know fakes when we see and feel them. Then, they lie that they will refund you, even in writing, and wont stand by it! Thank God for BBB for holding these thieves and liars at Vestiare accountable! They made them issue my refund!!! I will never shop there again! Listen to all of these bad reviews! Were not lying! Stay FAR AWAY no matter what!

    I order some Versace Mens boots on 8/11/24 for 500 bucks they never came to my house, I contacted them on there chat and they tells me I never ordered them and its not to late to get them. I sent them a copy of my receipt and my order number and still havent gotten my shoes or my money back.If I could post my receipt here I would. This is my first time buying from and will be my last time. I dont advice anyone to order anything from there company because theres a chance you wont get your items
