      I placed an order for a pair of boots. The order number is ******** I paid 137.50.I am not sure of the exact date but it was sometime in November.I received the package which was shipped via *** tracking number 1******************When I opened the outer shipping box there was an inner boot box. The inner boot box was empty... NO BOOTS I have attempted to contact them via text, ,email, messages through their website and face book messages several times I have not received any response from them.I would just like my money back as I do not want to pay for an empty box

      I purchased a pair of boots from Vintage Foundry. I wanted to cancel my order right after it happened, but when I emailed them, no one ever responded. Throughout my correspondence with them, I have reached out to them through their website and they have sent me emails, but when I reply to their emails, it's clear that no one has read them. I ended up having the boots delivered and tried to process a return through the website. I was sent a shipping label, shipped the product back, which was delivered to them on Nov 16, but I still have not received a refund, and when I fill out the web form (because my emailed are not being received), I have not gotten any response. I recently received another email telling me that they have not received the returned product and are going to close the return. So I've paid them $120, shipped them the product back with their return label, have a record of the return being delivered, but gotten no refund, and no one is received my email communications, which means I can't actually communicate with the company. I tried opening a live chat today and no one responded, but I don't know what else to do at this point. I've attached all of the relevant documents, but have more communication with them if needed.

      At this time, I have been contacted directly by Vintage Foundry Co. regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because

      Thanks for following up on this. I really appreciate it. I attached the reply they sent. Currently, my credit card ************* has issued a temporary credit pending an investigation on this, but it hasn't been fully resolved from their perspective and Vintage Foundry hasn't followed up at all after this email. So right now, it still seems pending.

      At this time, I have not been contacted by Vintage Foundry Co. regarding complaint ID ********.

      I have not received a refund, and as you can see from the documents I submitted, I returned the items via the shipping label they provided and have a tracking confirmation that it was delivered. I reached out again and they have been upresponsive.
