No communication whatsoever. No reply email, no reply chats, no phone number, bogus address on their website. I'm not sure they even exist. But they will take your money.

Placed two orders, one directly on their site and the other Amazon. Returned both order. I had to file a complaint with Amazon to get my money back.I have not received my refund with the company after almost 4 weeks. I have reached out to them at least 7 times, via email, chat, text and ******** with no response. I just want my money back.

They cancelled my order without notice. I expedited shipping because I was planning to wear them for a trip. The shoes never arrived. When I contacted them, they said one item was out of stock and the order was automatically cancelled. I told them I would have been happy with one pair for my trip. They then admitted both the items were out of stock. I asked if they would be back in stock. I would have been happy to get them delayed - I just would like to order the shoes. They were extremely vague about whether they would ever be in stock and told me to sign up for the waitlist. (Why??)The shoes are still listed as in stock on the website. Horrible customer service. They didnt offer any help or remediation and based on the other reviews, clearly they dont plan to fix it. Other reviews stated that the shoes fall apart day 1. I thought they maybe those people purchased counterfeit pairs, which is why I chose to purchase from the brand website. When I found other reviews, it looks like the company has poor manufacturing. This was a very disappointing experience. I had my heart set on the ********* boots. Dont waste your time. This is not a trustworthy company!!

The shoes started falling apart after about 3 uses. Outside 30 days, so they would not stand behind their product. Avoid. Told me to go get them fixed on my own. MANY similar instances of poor workmanship online reviews.
