Ordered a Palladium Eagle for around $300 over spot. Was told that the coin was not in stock but would be shipped as soon as it became available. A month later my money was finally refunded. During this time the price of the coin jumped to over $700 above spot on their website. Appears that they simply don't want to honor the original price. Check out their ****** listing, another user left a review about the same thing happening to him. Buyer beware!Review from Eric M

I purchased some ******** 11/2 oz snowy owls because I could not find them anywhere except here. The price was good and premium was reasonable. Once I sent the order in, and funds cleared, I received my shipment very quickly, within 5 days. Follow up was good after delivery I used them again for the same snowy owls about a month later and again, stellar service. Thieves DO NOT EVER SEND MONEY OR METAL TO THEM.They have stolen 100K from me and won't answer the phone or emails. I have filed complaints with the ************** AG.Check BBB rating.
