iml is a complete scam. the complaint creates propriety indicators to show people when buy and sell forex. however firstly they don't work. second the indicators can't be found anywhere but on their platform. that means customers only have access to the strategies if they pay the monthly subscription. Nothing is taught that can teach people to make money. finally they such people into their pyramid scheme because no one can afford the monthly car note they charge to participate. it's a scheme. It simply isnt profitable for them to teach people how to profitable trade. However it is most beneficial to keep customers in the dark and hungry for knowledge.

I feel like this company scammed me out of my money. The teachers on the platform only know the basics of the platform. You do not get any of the things that they say that they offer they lie to you and when you find out information about trading on your own, they steal your information as if it was their information. Most of them cannot trade in the only thing that the recruiters offer you when you ask for help is to go, check out baby pips.com which is where they get most of their curriculum from which baby pips.com is a free website for beginner traders the educators still information from the students and try to use it as they own because they cant trade for real most of them just recruit and thats how they make their money I was told that I would be able to learn how to trade I only learned the basics which I already have learned from baby pips.com which is how I know that the information that they have on their website was basically copied from bbpips.com I invested so much money with this company, even set up another account with another name, which was actually my fiancs name because I really wanted to learn and I tried to believe in this company, but they didnt me so wrong some of the groups that I was in they would block me out of the group when I asked questions and just leave me to the platform to figure it out on my own I had to figure out how to navigate my own self through the platform and some of the educators, were kind of hard to understand. It is hard for an educator to teach a class of **** students when half of them are band new to trading if Iml Trader and I am brand new and I come to your platform and youre telling me to pick a educator and this educator has been on the platform for more than 10 years and theyre not teaching any beginner, friendly education theyre just going off what they have already been going over so how can I catch up if I am a beginner and youre teaching as if I am a expert thats basically a waste of money and you had pay extra to even get to the educator and tools

      ***************,

We have completed a search of our records and found an account, ID ******* that was originally enrolled on the 29th of December 2020.
We have reviewed our support records and do not find a request for a refund at any point during the relevant refund timeframe, which is
Within two weeks of enrollment.  It appears that you used our service for some time and there is no record of your contacting us to express
Any issue with our services.  Unfortunately, given the fact that your Better Business Bureau complaint is substantially outside our refund

On Wednesday, November 20th, 2019, I opted to have my account cancelled for a full refund just 3 days after purchasing the service. Although I'm not sure if the policy still remains, at the time, there was a 7 day money back guarantee as promised by the company. This 7-day money back guarantee was flaunted all over their website and in subsequent advertisements. I was convinced by a colleague to purchase the service and had nothing to lose knowing that I was guaranteed my money back in case I did not enjoy it. Once I realized this product was a complete scam and pyramid scheme, using loopholes in the U.S. legal system to remain operational, I opted for my money back. One day later, on November 21st 2019, I was emailed back saying my "request was received". They asked me to provide a JPEG image of my drivers license and to fill out a form, both of which I did promptly and submitted back to them. On November 23rd, 2019, I emailed support once again asking for an update on my refund. On the 24th, they emailed me back saying "Thank you for contacting iMarketsLive Support. We apologize for the inconvenience, we are working on your refund status and will get back to you soon. Thank you for your patience". After this, I did not hear anything back from them until Sunday, December 15th 2019, in which they said "Your request (******) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff. If you have additional comments, you may reply to this email". On the 17th of December, they said my refund had to be reviewed by their finance department. This back and fourth went all the way up until January 8th of 2020, where shortly thereafter they just stopped responding all together. This company is fraudulent and broke several laws. The fact that they are allowed to operate just shows a clear failure of the U.S. Justice System.

My complaint is based on the fact that I was paying for monthly subscriptions and products that were free on trading view and other resources found online. If you don't recruit at least two people which they say makes your membership "free", you have to pay the monthly fee not only for the products which again can be found on tradingview for free but you get kicked out of group messages where vital information lies for which I was paying for. In the company's income disclosure, about 95% of the company losses money continuously throughout the year. The 5% that make money would be the chairmen of the company. That means the company's source of income stems from recruitments like me. I consistently was losing money while unemployed and will like a refund. I lost approximately $1000 . During this time I was struggling to make payments and ended up in debt because of this "financial freedom opportunity". But in reality, it was a pyramid scheme and it was never stated before signing up that recruitment and paying for a free service on ****** was going to happen. Just that I would be on the path to financial freedom.

We are sorry you did not have a positive experience.  IM Academy makes every effort to be clear about what it offers to customers up front and offers a generous refund policy.  Our records indicate that you enrolled in IM Academy on January 4th of 2021 and made one payment on January 4th.  We do not show any other activity or payment on your account.  We also do not have a record of a request for a refund or any interation with our support department other than a request from October 27th, 2022 where you are requesting to reactivate your account.  After careful review of your account, your request for a refund cannot be fulfilled as it is outside of our refund policy period which is posted on the in.academy site.

3-2021 to 7-2021 I put $1,625.00 into this business. The leaders involved lied and came up with beautiful dreams for me to continue investing in this pyramid scheme. They promised that i would start seeing profit within 90 days of joining the program which never occurred. They also convinced me that i was learning a skill of investing in a forex in which i also placed money over $750.00 and blew it. I would like the money invested in this program back!!

*********************** became an IM Academy member on March 29, *********************** on the 3rd of August of 2021.   The last payment made to IM by *********************** was on August 1st of 2021 and this account was closed  March 1st of 2022 due to non-payment. We have no record of any complaints from *********************** or requests to close his account or request a refund of any sort. IM offers all members a 7 day period in which to cancel and receive a refund if the member is unsatisfied with IM products.  Given the considerable time past the 7 day refund period and no evidence of there being an issue while they were active, we are not able to respect this request to process a refund.

In these courses, they offer baseline information on trading in the foreign exchange market, cryptocurrency market, as well as e-commerce solutions: all of which can be found for free on the internet. Their products - such as their flagship harmonic scanner - are advertised to have 80% accuracy when giving signals to buy or sell a certain currency pair. The trading accounts are funded by each customer, and are completely separate from the company. The main issue is the structure of the company. It is a pyramid scheme. The second method of income - they call it "residual income" - comes from recruiting new individuals to enroll in the courses and to buy their products.
