            I made a reservation, had an issue with American Airlines and received a refund. The refund was given to this company. In 1/20/23. I have been given excuse after excuse about the status of my refund. American Airlines gave the money to them and are fraudulently keeping it. Its not right and they need to make this right. I will mention the customer service is so substandard, they lie to no end. I will report this to my state legislatures to correct this next.

            I booked a flight with this company and made an error with some of my passenger info. I contacted them to fix the problem and they told me there would be a $50 charge to change the name. This was unfortunate but I needed the correction. At first they changed the wrong piece of information. Then they said the price of the tickets went up and needed my credit card information again. Im in the process of disputing the change but just want to warn others of the incompetence and deception of this company.
