One ticket is for a musical, which costs $150 and another two tickets are for **** and ***************, which cost $61. Unfortunately, my flight to ******** on Apr22 got canceled due to bad weather in ******** and there was no flight I could rebook on that day and the next day as well. After I knew I couldn't get to ******** and its impossible to continue this trip, I contacted At Home trips customer center and requested cancellation and refund of 3 tickets I bought. However, they kept saying that they will not refund in any situation such as bad weather and flight cancellation even though its not my intention or things I can control. As a customer, I still feel really frustrated and hopeless because of the situation Im in. Its unfair to pay for the tickets that I cant use.
